At 5:30 pm I received a call but missed it because I was upstairs cleaning a bathroom myself. At 6 pm I called the company again and was told they had a horrible day because of being short staffed and were just trying to take care of their clients. I thought I was a client. They stated the crew "was just down the street and would be there shortly". I responded by telling them they were fired. I spent the rest of the evening cleaning my house for my guests the next day at great pain to my shoulder. I understand things happen. I am sorry they were short staffed. I tried to be accommodating. But they didn't bother to call me for over 5 hours with a status update. And the status updates I got when I called were promises they didn't intent to keep. That is unforgiveable and unprofessional. My husband and I had paid tickets to an event that night. Because of their lack of updates and no phone calls until too late, I had to cancel my attendance at great cost to me and my husband went alone while I cleaned my house. So I had to do the work and I lost money in the long run. This company may be good cleaners but they are unprofessional and do not care about their clients.
