Johanna was either going to make this an amazing experience or brake it for me. As soon as I walked in Johanna greeted me with a friendly warm smile. Right away making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She asked me if I had ever been waxed before and made sure she explained in detail what I should expect. Made sure I understood this was my body and if at anytime I decided not to proceed to just let her know. She went over basic breathing exercises and I won't lie as comfortable as she made me feel, I was still terrified. After she pulled the 1st strip the process went nice and smooth. I asked for us both to have the same service. Yet my daughter was done 25 minutes before me. When I inquired the manger said that we didn't. After what happened I didn't want to put my daughter thru that . The lady doing mine was great at massage but the paint job was bad and clumsy. The lady doing my daughter's didnt have her glasses borrowed another lady's. She got her glasses half way thru. A guy brought them in. My daughter texted me her toe was bleeding. I inquire. The lady claimed it was an ingrown. My daughter was confused. Once she got her glasses and noticed she rushed the pedicure and the workers were talking back and forth. I wish I had my translating ear buds on. Her toe was hurting walking and in the car I could see where her nail was cut and reshaped into the nail bed why it was bleeding. Black background was hr later. Blue back ground next day. Busy week so didn't go to the shop. Just went on to check if they responded, which they did but notice my full details we gone. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision. Why would my daughter want to go back and she had a dance performance she couldn't do now due to pain in her toe. My photo update that stayed basic said this service should never happen and hope they contact me. The details need to be known.

Came in to do a pedicure and my experience was mostly perfect. The lady doing my nails accidentally painted it a bright red when I asked for white, and she even read me the numbers for the color I wanted before getting it, so it was a surprise when we were almost finished and they were definitely not white ... Another lady had to take the color off and repaint them white, and I'm very grateful for all the employees being so understanding about it. The total was a lot cheaper than any other nail salon I've been to as well. It's been about a week since my appointment now and my pedicure is still super nice !! This is not my usual spot to get my nails done but I definitely am not disappointed coming here at all :)

I randomly met Tiffany when I was getting my nails done. I found out she did facials and I needed a new esthetician. I took a chance and I am so glad I did. I will stay committed and loyal to her forever. She listened to my skin concerns. I have extreme dermititis and my skin can be very sensitive. She understood, she made sure I was fine with her process and how she did things. Her products are top notch and I haven't had a reaction yet. My skin always look better afterwards and I swear she reversed my aging. I'm in my 30s and my skin looks and feels better than my early 20s. Next, my lashes she does the best lash lifts. I read horror stories and what can go wrong if it isn't done correctly. My lashes stay hydrated and no breakage after it is done. The lifts last several months. Lastly, you can tell she is passionate about what she does and that makes the biggest difference. I know my esthetician loves what she does so I know my facials and lash lifts will always be AMAZING!!
