I was running late due to unforeseen circumstances; and, upon calling, I was informed that although she offers a 10-minute grace period, I would be required to pay for the services again (since I would be ~15 minutes late) despite there not being any appointments booked after mine. I wish I had the opportunity to try out her services considering I am in need of a new professional on a weekly basis, but the inflexibility and customer service that I experienced were off-putting. However her work with eyebrow threading did not satisfy me. One eyebrow was thinner than the other. I told her I didn't like how uneven they were. She gave me an attitude saying they're fine and ok. I would not recommend them. I should've read the reviews before going. I still paid the price which was $13 for eyebrows n I walked out the shop unhappy. Now I have to fill in my eyebrow everyday and make them look even when I shouldn't have to.
