My only complaint was that the bus was advertised as having "Bluetooth and auxiliary" capabilities for playing music. However after driving around for 15 minutes, none of us were able to figure out how to get out phones connected. The driver eventually pulled off and helped us get the radio going. We hired this company for my wedding last year. They promised us a white limo/bus on the day of the…read morewedding. They arrived in a black run town 20 year old bus. We had no choice but to take it and the driver said to talk to the owner after the wedding. The A/C on the bus was not working. It was 90 degrees outside on that day and inside the bus felt like it was 110 degrees. 2 members of the wedding party fainted. I asked for a partial refund and he did not honor it. He was rude and lacked courtesy, understanding and professionalism. They did the classic bait and switch and got away with it. Go with a different company. *Note that the company immediately responded to this Yelp review in a rude, aggressive and characteristically unprofessional way and when I called them out on it, they went back and changed the review to sound better but they still didn't do a very good job just like their limo service. Good luck dealing with this guy.... b/c you're going to need it.
