Maybe you'll even feel inspired to try acrobatics yourself! The cast is absolutely amazing. I love acrobatics and have been a part of dance, gymnastics, yoga, and pole dance. They are killing it out there and I'm so happy to see a show dedicated to our beautiful city. Each time I've come by I just have gotten a tea or a glass of wine. I recommend to come early to settle in, write your letter, and get your order in before the show. Everyone comes all at once at 7:25 PM and it's a bit of a mad rush. For those looking for date night inspo take your girl at to club fugazi for an amazing night. I would be over the moon.

The venue has a bar/lounge to enjoy cocktails then a few steps down further is the theater. You need to be mobile since there are a lot of steps. Seating is first come-first serve. I have to admit that seating is quite tight. You are shoulder to shoulder with your neighbors. Get cozy folks. They typically have magic shows here! The concept of battle of the decades is great too! Each hour is a different decade of music,starting with the 60's. I spent a few hours dancing from 60's-80's music until about 8pm (perfect for an old millennial like me) until the place filled up. Totally great night at Monroe. Ask your man standing right next to you to do it," while pointing at my boyfriend. The attitude and comment felt unnecessary and rude. I was simply asking for a recommendation, and I've never had a bartender speak to me that way. It was in such an odd tone. The interaction instantly made me feel uncomfortable. We stayed just long enough to finish our beers and listen to the band for a few minutes before leaving. Honestly, I didn't even want to spend money there after that interaction, but I felt awkward enough that I just wanted to leave without causing a scene. After reading other reviews, it seems we're not the only people who've had a negative experience with the bartender. Regardless of the reason for denying entry, there is no justification for unnecessary physical contact, especially in the absence of any threatening behavior. Situations like this reflect poorly on staff training and raise legitimate concerns about patron safety. I would strongly encourage management to review their security protocols and ensure staff are trained to handle situations professionally and without unnecessary force.
