If I knew what I knew now I would steered clear from this "law firm". They call you until your…read morephone blows up when you first get in an accident for the first few weeks. Immediately after that they don't reach out to you for months on end. Then when you receive your settlement which could take nearly two years it's barely anything. They are unprofessional, the "lawyers" or "case managers" will leave you on hold all day long and not get back to you, then when they finally do they sass mouth you and remind you of how many times you've called. Then they conveniently give you your settlements on Friday after 2:30 and when it's time for the funds to be verified no one can answer the phone. Imagine waiting an over a year and 6 months to have your case settled then have to wait over a holiday weekend to get your funds because no one is able to answer the phone to verify the check? I don't recommend this to any person, not even my worse enemy. But shout out to Richard he did his part to make sure I got my money and was able to certify it for me.
