Though they didn't have hundreds of reviews, the ones posted were impressive enough for me to share my contact information. Within 15 minutes, I received a call. On the other end was Anthony. He began by politely asking if it was a good time to talk and whether I had already found a solution. I explained that although Thumbtack allows requests to be sent to multiple vendors, I had specifically chosen only him -- because the reviews spoke highly of his service. During our conversation, Anthony was consultative and straightforward. He explained that sometimes replacement can be more economical than repair, but before jumping to conclusions, he walked me through troubleshooting. In the end, the issue didn't require a service call--but it did lead to a valuable new business contact. LiquidComputerz offers a wide range of IT services. While I can manage the basics--like installing software or peripherals--my wife assumes I can fix anything IT-related (and I know better than to argue with her!). After 25 years in business, we're finally ready to expand beyond a single PC setup with two external drives into a proper networked system that will improve our operations. Another time I had him look at two computers while he was here, he charged an hourly rate rather than for each computer separate, which saved me a lot of money compared to most repair shops. Everything was fixed by the next day except for a screen that was cracked and we had to wait for the new screen to be ordered and that took three days. He also cleaned out my computer, ran virus checks, and updated my windows for me at no extra charge. He got my computers that others told me to replace working perfectly.

Had a terrible experience here today. Had a cracked screen on my iphone 16 pro and went in for a…read morescreen repair. I asked for an OLED screen because that is what's compatible with the 16 pro and he said no problem come back in 15-20 mins. I went to pick up my phone and after receiving it I noticed the screen was a bit raised and mentioned it to the tec and he said it was supposed to be like that because of the screen he put on it. he had shut the phone off to do the repair so I powered it up on my way back to my car and before I even got in there were white and green streaks going across my phone. I immediately turned around and went back in to confront the tec and the store was closed up with a sign that said "we will be back in 30 mins". After waiting over an hour for this dude to come back he tried to tell me I dropped the phone and this could only happy if there was impact. I promised him I hadn't dropped my phone and didn't even leave the stores premises before it was fucked up again. He tried to charge me an additional $200 to do the replacement again and after I told him that was bs he did it for free. 15 mins later he is done and hands me the phone back and the screen is still raised again. I asked if he put the OLED screen in like I requested and he said that they had run out of them So he just used the LCD screen they had in stock. So now I have the LCD screen on my phone and it is having all types of problems with the touch screen and display (typing random things and the brightness is going from 0-100 and 100-0 constantly, the phone is also overheating whenever I use it. I will never be going back to this place. He didn't tell me they were out of OLED screens until after he was done THE 2ND TIME. If he had told me they had no OLED screens I would have went elsewhere.

So we paid…read more$150, brought it home and my phone was overheating, we brought it back within the hour and the guy tried to charge us another $100 to put the "right" screen on it so it wouldn't overheat. He ever said anything about the type of screen or anything like that and STILL charged us $30 to put the right screen in and get my phone back. I have never ever experienced anything like this before. Absolutely the worst experience i would never go there again.
