Terrible way to run a business. I booked an appointment with Julia for a massage on their website. Received a confirmation including a link to add the appointment to my calendar. When I got there, a woman answered the door and said Julia had left. I explained I had an appointment so she called her. All she said was, "I never sent a confirmation." No apology, nothing. Even though the time slot showed available on their site and I got a booking confirmation, evidently that wasn't enough. The woman there told Julia that she was looking at my confirmation (which I had luckily screenshot) , Julia just insisted that she never sent a confirmation. Don't waste your time booking an appointment here. Another review said the same thing so it's more than a one time occurance. read more

I bought a massage for my mother and she had an appointment for 1 o'clock - no one showed up, no one called her. We left 5 telephone messages and sent a text message. No need to waste my money on a place that has such horrible customer service. There are too many spas in this area, I am sure I will find one who will appreciate my business! read more

Julia's spa has recently moved to this new address. I have not been there yet but I have seen her at her previous location, so that is where this review is from. She greeted me with a wonderful smile and after taking care of formalities she led me back to the massage room. Her massage was excellent and complete. The schooling and experience she has along with a calm and professional demeanor melted away my stress. A thoroughly enjoyable session. About an hour after the massage I noticed that my face was still flushed. That I was still feeling the effects of the healthy increase in blood circulation from the massage . Thanks Julia. read more

Earlier this afternoon I had my first massage with Julia at Magic Touch for my birthday! WOW is all I'm thinking right now!!! Julia was absolutely incredible, not only at massaging but her professionalism and excellent customer service skills were far beyond anything I have ever experienced with other massage therapists! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left , Julia made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and almost like I had been seeing her for years! The room I was in for my massage was clean, beautifully decorated, and smelled great, as well! Soft relaxing music played in the background and I instantly felt at ease, ready to enjoy my 60 minute Hot Stone Massage. My massage was by FAR the most amazing, incredible massage I have ever received! Julia is seriously skilled! You can tell this business is her own, as opposed to a chain or larger corporation, because she takes careful notice of making sure the client is satisfied, asking if the pressure is good, making sure you're comfortable, etc. The Hot Stones felt amazing on my body and once they sat on my skin for awhile, she would then massage me with both her hands and the stones, as well! Incredible! I was in utter bliss the entire time! I will definitely be back to try another one of Julia's massages. She offers several different massages (de-stress, Swedish, deep tissue, etc.) and I already can't wait to go back! Thanks again, Julia! You made my birthday even more special! This place is amazing. A little piece of Heaven hidden in Ft Lauderdale. Julia does incredible work and really makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I don't relax easily and work a high stress job and she made it all melt away and made 90 minutes feel like 15. I would have paid for 90 more if she wasn't booked. I haven't had a massage for over a year. Between the Covid-19 pandemic and everyday stresses of life, one was long overdue. After doing some research of spas in the area, I came across the Magic Touch Group. The website was professional/polished, they offered a broad range of therapeutic massages, and they were conveniently located. Definitely gave me a very good first impression. After going there today, I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else. The therapist clearly had significant experience/expertise and treated me with respect/kindness. The experience was much better than that offered by some of the top hotel chains in the area. My aches and pains are gone and I feel 10 years younger. I highly recommend this spa. read more

I recently saw Julia while visiting Ft Lauderdale and experiencing a higher than usual amount of lower back pain. Julia greeted me with a smile and a detailed medical history intake document, to understand fully the areas that had pain or medical issues. She worked on me for approximately two hours, with a combination of deep tissue and Swedish approaches. She traced the sciatic pain not only from the most intense point in the lower back, but also through the hamstrings, quadriceps and other areas where it was radiating. As a result of her efforts I felt much better afterward and woke up the next day with far less pain than I had been experiencing. In addition to the pain relief, Julia provided a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere through her charmingly decorated facilities, her sense of humor, and her friendly demeanor from start to finish. And then, she sent me on my way with a bottle of Fiji water and choice of chocolates! If you live or are visiting in the area, I recommend Julia for an outstanding personal and professional experience. read more
