Words honestly can't express how relaxed I felt afterward. It made a noticeable difference both physically and mentally. I called and was able to get in with little to no wait. The place was very clean, and the location was convenient and easy to find. Overall, the service was outstanding. The only downside was at checkout. When it was time to tip, I asked where the therapist was and was told she was already with another client. I didn't feel comfortable leaving a tip on my card because I had cash and wanted to make sure she personally received it. Aside from that small issue, everything was excellent. There is no list of services, you either pay $50 for 30 min massage of $70 for an hour. I chose 30 min even though that's overpriced. If you pay with a card there's a $2 fee.... her massage was very good on my back. She used Chinese medicine oils which was nice but my head massage felt like my skull was going to break. There was no technique or soothing manner just ruffling my hair roughly as she moved around my head. She wiped off the medicines off my back with a hot towel, with no warning which was pretty uncomfortable. On my way out I was stopped from leaving because "you didn't give me tip", not that I wasn't planning on tipping but I needed to ask if I can add it to my card. She then told me to wait as she looked to see how much tip I put, then said bye. Overall not a soothing experience, the place was clean and back massage was pretty decent.
