Sent out several request and flash delivery service responded first both with an email and a phone call. Immediately called back and spoke with the very professional employee. She explained how the service would work and that their courier would pick up the tuxedo from within the hotel and hand deliver it to the rental store. Total was about $60. Received the link to submit payment. Being an anal retentive, I phoned her afterwards to once again review that the time had to be after 11 AM and request the name of the courier so I can inform the Hotel. She was able to oblige both. when I landed back in Boston, I had received an email confirming completion of a delivery. Again being a bit of a control freak I phoned the rental store and they confirm they had received the tuxedo. Really great service, really smooth and professional would highly recommend them. Uber may be cheaper, but they're not going to leave the car see you would need to arrange for someone to bring your item to the car and then retriever from the car at the destination.

He assisted me in choosing the right box for all of the items, taped it up and placed my label on it. Even with several customers in the store, he was able to assist everyone in a timely fashion. The store was very clean and there was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter. If customers were too close to each other, he did ask for them to distance themselves. He seemed to have good rapport with the regulars and even the mail man that came to drop off mail for the PO Boxes inside. There was also an Amazon locker there.

He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use. Without a doubt, I will continue to use this business every chance I get. Even though I had purchased insurance, Hassan had the foresight to proactively take pictures of the package as it left his store on the carrier's truck. Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey!
