Over $10 to print a single page. No one took the time to tell me which printer to select so the first 2 pages I printed came out double sided. Had to ask someone to come help, and once we finally selected the right printer & adjusted the settings I got what I needed. When i asked if I could get refunded for the 2 pages that printed incorrectly (and the time it took to adjust), they were completely unhelpful. Asked for a manager and without even turning around to speak to me the manager said "we don't have access to that so we can't refund you." Thanks.... read more

It's convenient and usually fast to ship a package from here, but today, when I needed to have a label, printed out, the cost was going to be seven dollars if they sent it to the machine to print, and three dollars for self, serve. In the past, they perform this service as a courtesy. Three or seven dollars for a black-and-white print out of a label is outrageous! I'm off to Office Depot or Staples where I expect to spend a few cents. Crazy! read more

Worst USP store in Leesburg. I went to drop off a return and I've ask for a UPS envelope, the lady that was helping said I need to pay for an envelope which is $5. I was in a hurry so I just ask if I can just borrow the tape to seal my package and the lady told me that I need to pay for to buy a tape too for another $5 urgh!. It's amazing how some store/service are reaping off their customers. We are all facing a challenging time, your business is running because of the community around you. UP with UPS! It was my first time visiting this UPS Store - I was greeted upon entering the store; even with a line ahead of me. Preasha was very helpful - she updated my new home address on my profile, provided suggestions for packaging, and was overall positive. The line grew behind me yet each new customer received the same positive energetic greeting while the other clerk assisted processing the queue. I will be back- while not the closest location to me, the experience was worth the additional mile! read more

Anyone shouting "Annie" out in these posted reviews, was CLEARLY encouraged to do such. Went to UPS this evening (in a GREAT MOOD). Was originally greeted by a wonderful teen/very young lady whom couldn't fulfill my request (I assume from inexperience, bc she didn't even review my forms), so she asked "Annie to assist." Not sure if Annie's ALWAYS in a bad mood, or she was upset because she had to rise from the chair she was sitting in, in the corner but her initial tone/response was very off putting and blatantly rude. I corrected her tone/approach and then she proceeded to make sure she couldn't assist me with a very basic matter bc I supposedly filled out the form incorrectly. Funny story, just went to your sister store (in Potomac Station Drive) and my request was fulfilled with "NOT ONLY A BREEZE, but with EXXXXXXXXXXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE." read more

My family recently sent me a package from this UPS store to Honolulu, HI - and it cost $180 for a nearly opened box. It clearly looked like someone opened it and tried to partially tape it back. I cannot believe it was so expensive for the condition I received the box. It also took a good 2 weeks. Definitely think twice before you let UPS employee here "take care" of your package. read more

During Covid it's great to just drop the item with a bar code from Amazon and have them do all the packaging - free service for returns. Would and continue to use them without hesitation. I don't like parking in this mall but maybe when Starbuck's moves across the street it'll be better. read more

I prefer not to give negative reviews but I'm pretty irritated by the way they handled my shipping experience. I came in with a package; I had used duct tape to close it and was told that's a no no and they would need to retape it. Ok. Fine, no problem until they did the entire transaction and I saw it was $3.99. I was told it was too late to cancel the transaction since she made the shipping label already. I told her that she should've told me up front the cost so I could've made a decision to return after buying an entire roll for that price. Very frustrating. read more

As an emergency I had to ship my daughter's social security card because her job new required a hard copy in order to continue with her employment. I paid the next day shipping fee but the envelope never arrived. The store manager was training a young person when I sent the envelope, they were laughing at the register and I had to wait extra time due to the undergoing training, I'm assuming that's why the card got lost. Horrible customer service, unreliable, impolite and very irresponsible response. Never use this branch, go to the Potomac Station one instead. read more

Absolutely great location and service. I have been coming to this store for more than 7 years and it has always been a great experience. I was there a week and a half ago getting my notary form notarized and they were very thorough and it increased my admiration for the work and service they offer, abiding by law. I brought in a 50 pound box as a return. The clerk would not provide two feet of packing tape, instead stating I "could" buy a roll at 4 times the normal cost at any other store. He then repeated that he would "help" me tape the box with the tape I needed to buy. I certainly don't need help taping a box. It is my understanding the store gets some type of compensation to facilitate the return. I was not impressed and will not go there again. read more

UPS damaged my $6000 computer and they are refusing to pay for the damage. I shipped $6000 computer using a rated box up to 50 lb. My customer received computer totally smashed. I filed a claim but three days later UPS changed the shipping dimension and weight to exceed the rated weight. A week later, I called the claims department at 1-800-651-2352 but they claimed that the box I used was inadequate for shipping and denied my claim. This is a really low quality behavior from a global corporation. I am starting a small claims filing in Virginia. My UPS tracking number is #1ZDC5T860315749027. UPS is being terrible and I don't recommend anyone using UPS for shipping something valuable. They don't honor their insurance policy. read more
