My mailbox bracket snapped when the post was hit by a truck during the snow storm. I researched and…read morefound a comparable bracket from Midatlantic Mailbox Inc. I ordered Premiere 3" St John Scroll Mailbox Bracket for $101.22 including shipping to my place. Once I replaced the broken bracket and attached the mailbox to the post, I went to place it into the hole that was prepared in the ground. When I placed the entire post/mailbox assembly into the ground, the stress of the placing the post into the ground snapped the bracket the same way the old one broke when the truck hit it. When I reached out to the company for a replacement, I was told that it was the installation error by not using the mailbox support/bracket and it wasn't designed to hold my mailbox that is heavier. Nothing in the descriptions of the product showed any limitations on weight and when you actually look at the design, you can see how flimsy the design is. Look at the photo and make your own conclusions. If this bracket doesn't even hold up to the installation of the post into the hole, this will not last. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product as well as this company. They don't stand behind their product and blames the customers if anything happens. Do not support this company. Avoid as they will not help you.

I didn't want to set up a po box as the walk was too far to my apt from the post office (imagine lugging big boxes in 90 degree heat and humidity). Turns out this place is two blocks away, and I have far better communication with Andrew than dealing with the post office. Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. This place is closed on weekends, but Andrew was even willing to come by early on a Saturday morning to open up shop just so I could pick up my new macbook.. A great and secure place near the battery lane apts to ship stuff to.

This is a convenient location for me to use. Like most UPS stores, the location has a small…read morefootprint. There are two associates available now, most of the time. They also offer many services, they are NOT the post office. Similar to being in line at a bank, customers usually need guidance and instructions to get what they want. And the staff can't rush customers. But they do deal with many rude customers. I go there not expecting a "fast food" experience. Since I am also at the USPS PO often, the service time there isn't any quicker. Same if you have to wait at FedEx for assistance.
