And guess what? It's 2025, and those balloons are STILL floating in her room. I kid you not--two years later and they're still hanging strong! Fast forward to now--another memorable celebration as my sister turned 40! Naturally, I had to return to where I know the products are reliable. I gave the store a call to check on pricing options for to blow-up balloons that weren't purchased from their store--and yes, they offer will blow up balloons purchased from another location at their store for a fee. Some of my original balloons needed replacing, so I picked up a few more in-store. Since I needed them to last for the next day's surprise party, the team added a special treatment to help extend their life. I had a mix of latex and foil balloons, and they looked fantastic the whole time. Customer service? Always great. Product quality? Good I even made sure to take pictures of everything I purchased. I went by the warehouse/office Friday morning (before 9) to make payment and not having an appointment, no one was there (as a posted sign stipulated). I called the number and got a gentleman who was anything but that. He pulled up the schedule, where my info was posted as Dee had done with me over the phone, but then he went on to tell me I was not scheduled. I work in the automotive service industry and am constantly reminded of the need to be a "smiles coordinator"....but this guy was beyond rude.... much like another complaint made stating they are too busy to work in anything because they have other clients to service! I got a follow up call from Alasia (who called me by a name other than my own) and began by saying: as I told you before, but we had never spoken before. It may be that no arrangements can be made without a deposit, which I fully understand, but I was scheduled and came to make the payment as I thought I had arranged. That aside, the overtalking "gentleman" knows nothing about customer service, and I will do anything to avoid troubling them again. As far as the tent needed for my parents 50th anniversary...I bought one from BJ's for an additional $75 above the rental cost and so have it for activities yet to come. The stress of the who situation aside, I came out ahead. Think twice before working with the "service provider".
