Last night we came back again and this time dined with friends and the entirety of the service was no less impressive as it was last year. They are only open for service Friday and Saturday and the whole experience lasts approximately 3-4 hours. With only one seating per evening, the focus is on the guest and their enjoyment versus trying to get you out the door. The 6 courses were presented beautifully and so full of incredible flavors and textures that the meat was not missed from my plate.
