The bread was somewhat dry (especially the crust), the chicken salad itself was also dry as well. It was not flavorful, either. My husband's club sandwich had too much mayonnaise on it, so he ended up donating some of his mayo to my dry sandwich cause. (I didn't try his sandwich, but since his was toasted, he didn't experience the same dry bread issues). The deli seating area and bathroom was clean, and the staff were friendly and the service was fast. I probably would give this another try someday if we needed to have lunch on the way up again, and I'd get something entirely different to compare.

Because of the delay, our food sat in the car during the movie. When we finally ate later that evening, both macaroni and cheese dishes were extremely disappointing--lacking flavor and ultimately inedible. I brought the soup home to try the next day, and it was just as disappointing. It was mostly potatoes, many of which were undercooked and still crunchy, and I even found what appeared to be a small piece of burnt wood in it. Overall, I spent about $80 on three items that were significantly delayed and very poor in quality. I will say, the ginger cookies were delicious--that was the one highlight. I did reach out privately to give the restaurant an opportunity to respond before posting this review, but did not receive a reply. Really unfortunate experience, especially for a first visit.
