Then on a Saturday morning they would randomly call wanting to come over when I had company. It went on for three weeks before I finally had a company that does nothing but sealing do it. Also, the pavers are sinking, are uneven and have caused a tripping hazard. That has nothing to do with sealing. The flagpole would not stay up in any weather. the four pieces would fall in on themselves, so I was left with one three foot flagpole. Multiple people tried to fix it. I finally just pulled it out of the ground with one hand. I do appreciate you getting in touch and trying to fix this, but with such a history of so many things being done wrong, done poorly, or not done, it seems foolish to continue - I simply have no confidence it would ever be done right, so I will take responsibility for fixing it.

The draft had to be approved by the HMO, and the paver placement draft was not what we had agreed on. About 3 drafts were made before the company got it right. The brick layers did an excellent job, however I was out all day supervising the work, as they were not following the draft. I called the salesperson and he never returned my call. I had the work stopped, and a knowledgeable brick layer came. I explained what I wanted, and he directed and staid with the workers until the job was finished. I was very unhappy not having a person, overseeing the job. It was not until I stopped the workers from continuing the job, that the installation started to improve. If I had known that a responsible person was not going to be at the job site, I would have never used this company.
