The AI texted me conflicting info the morning of my appointment. It made me think that my appointment would be delayed or canceled. It wasted my time by impersonating a real human who could be reasoned with. I texted it back, arguing with an AI agent about it. It stressed me out when I absolutely did not need that unnecessary aggravation. Turns out the AI hallucinated the delay. The extra stress was completely unnecessary.
