When I asked for even a rough idea of time or cost for a few small jobs, like replacing two light fixtures, checking an exterior outlet, and replacing a potentially hazardous wire in the attic, he was rude and dismissive. It felt like I was being pushed to hire them blind, with no sense of cost. I told him, 'No thank you,' and ended the call.

The price was good in my opinion and notably far below the rip-off price proposed by another. I thought that getting the low price meant I wouldn't get the best of options for the install. I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was! I've owned my home for over two decades, and this has been the best project ever.

She left us to shop on our own when she saw we were dragging one another from fixture to fixture! We turned the corner and as soon as we saw it we knew it was THE one. The store was closing so we returned the next day, still in love with the light, and ordered it. Laura explained the details about the Austrian crystal and quality of the Tomia 'Ellie' fixture. We were so excited that we floated out of the store and returned 3 days later to pick it up. The guy at the warehouse behind the building was super nice and helped load the enormous box into the backseat. The day after we got the fixture, Marvin from My Electrical Genie installed it and we all stood back in amazement. The fixture is even more beautiful than when surrounded by all the other fixtures in the store. It is exactly what we wanted - contemporary, crystal, linear with curves and bright. Done. One store and one knowledgeable, smart and friendly salesperson equals a new fixture that lights us up!

My grandmother got me a seven bulb, Moroccan lamp that is 5 feet tall and it is one of my most…read moreprized possessions. Unfortunately, when I was moving, the lamp was damaged and every time I plugged it in it would pop a breaker. I called reward lighting and they were so kind and helpful. Not only did they rewire it and replace the lightbulbs in the sockets, but they added a weight plate at the bottom for more stability so it would be more stable (which I did not even ask them to do). I was treated with kindness and respect and they got my lamp working again and went above and beyond my expectations I will be coming to this business exclusively for all of my future lighting needs. Reward Lighting helped rewire it and to find a suitable lampshade and finial (gifted by them!) at a very very reasonable price. They carried it (heavy) to and from the car with smiles. The first lampshade didn't look right when we got home, so we called and they said come right on back. We made a successful exchange with their expert advice on size! I loved this place.
