Every coffee producing country you could think of with multiple washes. I love that they roast their beans so often so you aren't getting a dry and lifeless ground. They didn't have the citrus yuzu muffin that I loved so much but I still got a coffee - the Montecristo, a latte made with lapsang tea, earl grey and orange extract. It was super fall/wintery, fragrant and delicious. The store itself is interesting - kind of like a low key REI or something. Lots of fun retail merch, both Methodical and not. Definitely a great stop for solid coffee if you're in the area!
