We were told that the seafood was sourced fresh and decided to test the waters. We ordered the Singapore Chilli Crab and as per tradition, the live Mud crab was paraded at the table. To start the ginger and shallot scallops were sweet and yummy. To mix it up we also ordered a Singaporean favourite, the roti canai, the stir fry noodles Char Kway Teow and the hawker style cereal prawns all of these taking us back to our recent visit to Singapore.
