Come soon, you might not have much longer. About 50% of the stores are left. Some of those were closed (but looked occupied.) So many empty though... Some desperate kiosk owners. 4 of the 10 food court spots were open. I give it another year. Half the visitors were just getting their steps in. Most of the rest headed to Scene 75 to play games. I have lived in Dublin or nearby for most of my adult life and to be honest this mall has never been my favorite place to shop, but it used to be a really nice mall. I remember one year getting all my Christmas shopping done here in one day. I currently work within five minutes from here as my son's daycare. It's not a bad spot to stop by on a rainy day to the play place or Scene 75. The food court is pretty limited, but there is still Cinnabon and Annie Ann's outside of it. Most of the stores are empty now which is kind of sad. They still have Macys, JC Penny, Hot Topic, and Spencer's, and a variety of other stores. Spencers in particular has some unique items if you need a gift. Prices are generally typical for the stores offered. However, there is a store selling counterfeit merchandise for above the retail price of the actual items. I believe they have a kiosk as well unless there are multiple people at Tuttle selling fake Needohs in Scylling Needoh branded boxes. They overheard me telling my son they were fake when he got excited about them and the man yelled after me asking why I care, and asked if I work for the company? Idk sir it's federal crime targeting children. I also didn't appreciate his attitude. This definitely took the feelings of sadness of Tuttle towards feelings of ick. read more

The mall doesn't have much in it due to it slowly closing. But I love going there for lunch/dinner. I had my daughters party at the scene 75 it was awesome she had a great time. They have great food options, plus Cinnabon. All the employees are always nice, and always passing out samples. Also if you need to shop for your little ones, this mall is great to go get them some nice clothes and shoes. Just don't plan to find something for yourself. You can find a couple things out of there but not much. read more

Arrived on a Monday evening around 5:30 - the mall looked DEAD. I wondered if it was even open. I kind of still wondered this as we walked through the doors by JCPenney. After walking the entirety of the wall I am genuinely curious how it is still alive. Sadly this is another dying mall in America. MANY MANY empty store fronts, majority of the stores were closed that did look like they were still operating. There was very little foot traffic with Scene75 pretty much being the only alive spot in the mall. I asked an employee at Auntie Anne's when the mall closed since the hours online were listed as 9 PM and he said, "I think it closes 8 but they shut down early every day." The Playplace was truly sad. A magnetic block table with no blocks. Only 1 single feature for kids to climb and play on. An odd area that was closed in with benches for what I assume to be a smaller child area. None of the techno tunes features were operable. Outlets built into the play place were missing covers or missing all together with duct tape over the holes. It was the strangest mall Playplace I have ever experienced. I see no reason to return or seek out this play area to burn off energy again. read more

Alright, so, I do feel like this mall is just barely surviving, with Scene75 being what is keeping it alive as its by far the busiest place here. The rest of the mall is usually pretty dead, even on Black Friday. The main thing that Tuttle did that actually was pretty upsetting was requesting COTA remove the bus stop in front of Macy's, because the nearest bus stop is on a grassy hill, forcing pedestrians to cut through a parking lot, which is a safety issue. Not to mention much more difficult and dangerous for people with disabilities who wish to visit. I have a friend who is wheelchair bound who really wants to visit Scene75, but it'd be very difficult to push her wheelchair from the bus stop to the mall, whereas the stop that was in front of Macy's would've made that way easier, and much safer too. So that really was a stupid move. read more

We lived here when the mall was built 30 years ago. Today we walked through J.C. Penney's and Macy's, which were well stocked. They still felt like department stores. The mall shops near Penney's were few. Empty stores were so disappointing when I remember the energy and desire to walk the corridors. The food court is mostly full. A few kiosks are in the corridors. As we walked the shops were more together toward the mall center, giving a good mall feeling. Several shops had going out of business signs. A few stores were scarcely stocked. So it looks like the mall is becoming less of one. The one saving grace is the huge and exciting arcade called Scene 75. It has race cars, lazer tag, pinball, skeet ball, and old and new arcade games. It's two floors and there are food areas, and a bar. The entertainment center was busy. read more

Wow, this is a trippy review to write. I remember last coming to this mall in my youth over a decade ago. The memories are fuzzy but I remember it being a buzzing locale - filled with people and stores. Fast forward nearly a decade later: it was a hot weekday morning bearing 90 degrees. I took a move out of my aunt and uncles in Houston's playbook and decided to take a walk around the mall for exercise. Most stores were not open yet but the AC cooled refuge was certainly pleasant. There were a handful of mature adults doing the same. Perhaps it's more lively during the day and the food court options actually looked tasty, but but based on this experience, Tuttle Click remains simply okay. read more

It's in the Northwest part of the city and has all kinds of brand name shops, and all kinds of stores. It's big and busy and popular and Barbie really liked it. About a decade ago I worked at this mall for quite some time. I've moved further away now so I don't get back very often but I am disappointed and shocked every time I see the state of this mall. I went this past weekend to do some Christmas shopping and this might be the worst I've ever seen it. First of all the place was filthy. Do they still employ people to clean it? The escalators had things spilled on them repeatedly and it was all sticky and disgusting. The floors were filthy and the bathrooms..... I could not believe how bad the bathrooms were. The majority of the stalls had no toilet paper and all the other ones surely had not been cleaned in days. There were trash cans over flowing and paper towels all over the floor. People were walking in and then right back out after seeing how bad they were. There were also dead plants overgrowing in the center garden areas and dust everywhere. And It didn't even look like they had many Christmas decorations out this year except for the Santa area. And the stores...at first glance you would of thought you walked into a flea market or a swap meet or something. I can't believe the amount of junk stores they have let into the mall. I suppose it's better than empty stores though? And then last but not least, there was a HUGE dead rat at the entrance of the mall. I don't really go to Tuttle often as it is smaller compared to Easton or Polaris, but it has a decent amount of stores for both younger and older crowds. I used to come here to go to Red Robin's a lot haha. The area around the mall is very nice. Since it's a smaller mall it is not as busy and you can easily find parking. They recently added Scene 75 to it which has added traffic! The food court has a decent amount of food choices from your typical Asian to Chick-Fil-A. It really is your regular, "small town" feel, kind of mall. Id come here if I was in the area or if I wanted to quickly get something! read more

I don't come to this mall often, but I used to when I was younger. It is definitely no longer in its prime. I stopped by recently because I was in the area and I had something I needed to return. The store I had to go to has a location inside, so I opted to swing though since it was so convenient. It was around 5:30 in the afternoon and the place was dead. There were a few kiddos with their parents at the play area but that was about it. The pros - This mall is directly off interstate 270 so it's easily accessible. There's plenty of parking and multiple entrances. It has your obvious mall options like JC Penny's, Sears, Icing, Macy's, and of course a Starbucks. I also noticed an Aldo, Charlotte Rousse, Zales, Hot Topic, and a few other mall-esque staples. You can't forget the food court options like Annie Anne's. My goodness, the entire mall smelled of these indulgent soft pretzels. Lastly, I noticed some mall walkers working up a sweat so it's obviously a good spot to get your steps in. The cons - There are several stores that simply don't make sense. How does a store that only sells leggings stay alive? And those chair massages places? Especially with the low foot traffic throughout the mall. I just don't get how they stay in business. Overall there isn't anything terribly wrong with this mall, there just isn't anything extremely noteworthy or exciting about it. read more

I had alot more of high expectations when I first entered this mall because when I was doing my research on this mall, this mall was responsible for depleting the business out of two local malls (may they rest in peace) so it must be pretty awesome. Turns out, it's really just a normal mall in my opinion, about 83 percent occupied which isn't bad at all, they got more stuff opening up in time for the holidays, personally I do see this store having alot more vacancies in the next 5 years which I surely don't hope as a mall enthusiast. It's got tons of parking, tons of great stores you can't really find anywhere else and Ohio exclusives, I definitely recommend this place install a Buffalo Wild Wings or Red Robin in that vacant food area of some kind. There's definitely tons of activities to keep you entertained at the mall. A mall that this mall compares to is the Orland Square Mall in Orland Park, Illinois. read more

I'm not sure if I need to base my review on past experience or what I see now. Since first-time visitors would see what I share about its current state, I'll stick with that. I will say that at one point I would have awarded it 4 and maybe 5 stars. In the past, the Mall at Tuttle Crossing was better than your average mall in my opinion. I loved the stores and the combination of kiosks available in the walk areas. I especially loved the restaurants available in the food courts. Unfortunately, it's succumbed to the curse of the brick and mortar store in that it's just not the place people go anymore. Where high school students saw this as the ultimate hangout spot, it's no longer the choice. People shop online and don't want to waste the gas, particularly to travel across Columbus (like me) to the other side for shopping. I know this sounds more applicable to all malls, but I want to state that exemplary set up at this mall has taken a huge hit. To be specific, I saw this mall as a close second to Polaris, but honestly, it's not worth the drive for me unless I happen to be in the vicinity. Even then, it's for my wife's shopping needs. I will say that it's still better than most when it comes to shopper activity in that you don't see violence and theft as much as others, so for that it maintains three stars. I wish I could say more, but until they bring in stores to possibly salvage what's left, it's just another mall on the decline to me. Good luck, Tuttle! read more

I both hate and like some things about Tuttle Mall. It's pretty convenient from 270. The traffic at times can be very bad, but not nearly as bad as Easton and Polaris. It makes it less time consuming to shop around. There are the major chain stores. It has the stores any good mall needs to have. It also has lots of unnecessary specialty stores. There's the big chains like Macy's, Penneys, and Sears. It also has typical stalwarts such as Gap and Hot Topic. There's a few local retailers too. I hate some of the other places. They seem to be unnecessary. It seems like most of the specialty stores are overpriced. Their items can be found elsewhere much cheaper. Another problem is the layout. The parking lot is hazardous with all the cars making their way onto the loop road, where other cars zip by. It makes it harder to get out. The food court is mostly junk food. It has the mall food court slop like Sbarro and weak ass Chinese. There is a Red Robin located here which is the best food option inside the mall, or you could just go to any of the better restaurants just outside. I will choose this mall over the other big ones because it's not as crowded and they have a nice selection of stores. It's not somewhere I will do regular shopping at. The mall is pretty good if looking for something special. read more

Visited the mall Wednesday. I've been going here since it opened, but you can slowly see it dying. On recent trips to this mall Macy's has closed one of their locations and Gap is also closing. It's not as busy as it once was. With Easton & Polaris not far away most folks are flocking there. Standard mall stores and home to the only FYE in the Columbus area. It's easier to browse stores here due to not being overcrowded like the 2 malls mentioned above. With online shopping, Polaris, & Easton it's tough to tell if Tuttle will return to it's glory days or if it will slowly fade away. read more

We live closer to Polaris mall but decided to venture out and check out Tuttle for the first time. I feel like it could be so much more, it has all the staples of a good mall but really lacking in decor and cleanliness. It had big stores some smaller shops that I checked out and an amazing fun zone "Scene 75" for all ages. The mall itself had no plants or decor and was just dirty, looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks. If the main areas look bad it looks bad on the stores. read more

I'm here on Black Friday so I'm feeling particularly brave I thought I would find something with a great deal but I haven't seen anything today. hot Topic is having a great deal where you get $15 store certificate for every $30 spent to be used in January which is pretty sweet. I've been visiting this mall since I moved to Columbus five years ago. This mall used to be the place you should be at. But over the last few years it's declined. Barely any foot traffic, stores closing left and right. I mean sears left, Macy's probably will be leaving here soon, Starbucks left, dentist office closed, and there are other stores that closed shop too. There is a bunch of empty spaces in the mall as well. It shows that this retail apocalypse is true and people aren't really interested in being physically in the stores and want more online convenience. The food selection isn't that great either. The best is Menchie's, auntie Anne's, and chik fil a. The mall itself is just outdated and gives it an old feel. If you are wanting a great place to shop, go to Polaris and Easton or tanger outlets. On 26th November 2019, the security person didn't give my son a chance to talk and explain why he was late to leave a few minutes after 10 pm. My son said that the security person had constantly yelled at him and chose to communicate with him in a harassing manner. He repeatedly committed his acts that harass him. I am expecting the mall administration to train their employees about the following law. Ohio's disorderly conduct law prohibits people from: * Making unreasonable noise. * Making an offensively course utterance or gesture. * Preventing someone from moving along a public street or from entering/leaving a public or private property. If a harasser is using sexually explicit or other offensive language, taunting you, shouting loudly at you, or stops you from using the sidewalk or entering a store or another public place, you can report him/her. read more

To be honest, I hate malls. Tuttle really doesn't do anything for me, but I have to praise them for the most spacious and cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a mall. YES! I was that girl taking a picture of the vanity. Because there was one. A vanity in the women's bathroom. This luxurious abode paired with the audacity of Starbucks opening right next to the Caribou Coffee kiosk/hut makes me feel right at home (I live in Grandview-coffee shops everywhere). Tip that may be obvious: go early, or mid-afternoon M-W. During the holiday's there will still be a lot of people an never a parking spot, but it's a million times worse on the weekends. Please consider my advice. We don't need grumpy shoppers when there's black ice on the roads. read more

It's all hipster stuff and shirts you could find everywhere else just about. Spencer's is fun, and the food area has a great selection. Good for getting steps in, especially if you've parked on the opposite side of where you want to be. It's an indoor mall with a food court and a good variety as far as anchor stores, kiosks, and all the stores in between. There's also a play area for kids. The vacancy rate seems low and they do switch things up once in a while. For example, Ruby Tuesday's is now a Red Robin Burger place. read more

LOVE this place!! Its a mere 15 minutes from my house and honestly if you get there at the right time, you can find a good parking spot. I stopped in at Macy's yesterday to find a new jacket for an interview later in the day. The gal at the counter directed me to the area where I obviously overlooked. But the best part of it was that it was the area where all the 2 piece suits WERE HALF PRICE!! Now we're talking!! You can never go wrong at this mall. I really enjoy Tuttle Mall. Its close to where I live and shopping is convenient and easy. You don;t have to walk for miles like if you were at Easton. It has all the store you need with out any of the high end designer stores that I have little interest in. My fave stores: Forever 21, Charlette Rouse, H&M, The Body Shop, and the LUSH store inside Macy's. The only thing is there is a Macys at either end. I always park at Macys and end up confused when Im leaving which one i need to exit!!! That could just be a poor sense of direction! read more

Of the Columbus malls, I always viewed Tuttle Crossing as the more economic one. The mall is clean and well lit, but no fancy décor or fountains (at least that I saw) like other places have. I find it hard to review malls, as they tend to be mostly the same stores - even Easton. But I do not think of them negatively. I like shopping at those stores and malls are a good place for stress relief, to get some exercise and if you go with friends it's a good place to chat and catch up. Though Tuttle tends to be more economic, it is the one mall in Columbus that I've seen stores that have absolutely gorgeous dresses for formal occasions. I saw one of those stores coming in by one of the Macy's and gasped at a yellow dress almost like Belle's from Beauty and the Beast that made me wish I was in high school again so I could go to the prom and have an excuse to buy it. Yes, the cuisine at mall food courts is not that great - although Chick-Fil-A does bump it up a notch - but you burn it off walking around anyway. And I also have to give kudos for the Panera because I don't see too many in malls. read more

First, the kiosk folks are annoying. No I don't want to stop and sample hand cream, no I don't want to bedazzle my iPhone, and no I don't want the world's coolest R/C helicopter. Second, the kids play area is anemic compared to Polaris, though they're both probably equally full of germs. Finally, and most important to me, I can't carry my legally-licensed concealed firearm for the protection of myself and my wife and kids inside the mall. What, putting up an almost invisible no-guns sign will make miscreants stop and go, "gee, I better not go in here with my nine"??? Right. Certainly there are lots of people without CCW licenses carrying their gang-bang specials inside Tuttle Mall, because they don't care about breaking the law. Until Tuttle changes this policy or starts providing armed escorts from the mall to my vehicle (and starts wanding down people to get into the mall to make sure we're all equal victims) THIS law-abiding citizen will be taking his money (and his piece) to Polaris and Easton. read more

I remember Tuttle when it was just farmland back around the early 90's. Ok I feel old even typing that. Needless to say the farmland has since been replaced and I really like Tuttle. It's the mall closest to me, so the one I frequest most of any of the Columbus mall's. I'll break down what I like and don't like: Like: -I really like that its a pretty walkable mall. It's not like you're joining mall walkers of America at Tuttle. Pretty simple and certainly easily manageable. -All the big chain anchors are here: JC Penny, Sears, Macy's (2 of them...yeah I can't figure out why either) -3 words: Aunt Annie's Pretzels. Hot damn these are good. Love when they come out of the oven and they slather each pretzel with a ton of butter and salt goodness. Jenny Craig who??? -Clean. Tuttle is a very clean mall, well organized, well lit (so are the parking lots) and you always see security patroling as well. -Kiddie playland. While I don't have a youngin' I see many a families taking a breather and letting their rug rat run the energy off here playing on top of bacon and eggs and the like. -Sephora: FINALLY Tuttle has a Sephora (small) inside of Penny's. Thank you mall gods Don't Like: -Honestly there really is nothing I don't like about Tuttle. I could say the AT&T store since I work for the competition but that would be ogre'ish of me and I don't want to self promote "rule the air" or anything like that. Just your typical mall. Definitely not as expansive as Easton or Polaris, but it's close to home and it's got all I need if I don't want anything super fancy. You have your typical stores in there: Macy's, JC Penney, Sears, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, Forever 21, Brookstone, etc. The food court is pretty standard too, ranging from Chicken Teriyaki to Chick-Fil-A. If you want a less crowded mall to go to on a weekend, Tuttle is probably the place for you. But if you like the hustle bustle with more choices in stores, you're probably better off at Polaris or Easton. read more

Pros: Convenient location. This mall has most major stores for shopping needs. Reasonable prices. Sales often. Food court. Small sitting area near Starbucks. Cons: Has 2 Macy's which is confusing, and the 2nd macy location is IMO useless. Could have more diversity. Review: This is a great mall to go to if you know what you want and you know you can find it here. It's not necessarily a "go to hand out and have coffee" kind of place like Easton or Polaris. But because this mall is close to my home and has JC Penny, Macy, Shii, New York and Co, Children's Place, Gap, and all the other highly sought after chain stores, it's a great place to get what you need and leave. It's not too big and not too small. Does not loop in a circle and has two Macy locations which can be confusing for someone who has never been. Otherwise it's a great place! read more
