BUYER BEWARE -- One of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had…read more I strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business with Mr Everything Pool Table. I purchased an Imperial Penelope 2 pool table in the Whiskey finish, specifically because I wanted the complete setup that was advertised, including the dining top. The dining top was an important part of my decision to purchase this particular table -- it wasn't some insignificant accessory I decided I wanted afterward. After I placed the order, I learned that the dining top was supposedly discontinued and would not be provided. I was also dealing with missing accessories that were supposed to be part of my purchase. Instead of taking responsibility and making the situation right, the seller refused to provide me with the complete product I believed I had purchased and refused to give me a refund. What makes this especially frustrating is that the dining top was represented on the seller's own website as being included. I relied on that representation when making a significant purchase. You cannot advertise a package, take someone's money, and then expect the customer to simply accept receiving something materially different from what they ordered. I ultimately had so little confidence that I would receive what I actually purchased that I refused delivery/installation and had to dispute the transaction with my bank. A customer should NEVER have to go through a chargeback just to get their money back when a seller cannot provide the product as it was represented at the time of purchase. The entire experience was unnecessarily stressful and left me feeling completely misled. Pool tables are expensive purchases, and customers deserve to know exactly what they're getting before spending thousands of dollars. If you're considering buying from Mr Everything Pool Table, my advice is simple: document absolutely everything. Screenshot the website, save the product description, save every email and text, and make sure every included item is specifically written into your order before paying. I wish I had known what I was getting into beforehand. Hopefully this review prevents someone else from having to go through the same experience.
