Had some deals, but we were not at all impressed with the staff today at the front counter. While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The whole time there was a small line of customers waiting to check out. Whatever - eventually the one girl walks away, clearly flustered. We proceed to check out. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. Not an asset or good ambassador for our beloved hometown Nike. Do better, Just do it. Terrible customer service.

I said ok just fix the flat on 1st bike then. after he finished he called my son over to the height measure tape they had on the wall and said hold on. He then brought out a bike for my son to replace the one that had the gear issue that would be too expensive to fix. He said costumers donate bikes sometimes when they move up to better bikes and he was gifting this bike to my son, no strings attache. we were very appreciative and he even apologized for not having one to gift my daughter but i was like no, this is an early Christmas gift for my son and thanked him. we were fixing my daughters flat so no worries. To Gustavo, Thank you for making my son feel special and bringing us some early Christmas Magic. Will always highly recommend this shop for being an honest retailer and giving back to the community!

This will likely be a gushy and long-winded review. I just want to thank the folks at this bike…read moreshop in Orlando for helping me with my bike. You see, I live in West Virginia and I bought my bike about 11 years ago at a bike shop in Fairfax, Virginia. I paid about $700 for it. That's the most I've ever paid for a bike. I am not a racer or anything. In fact, I have multiple sclerosis and my bike is a source of exercise and physical therapy for me. I love it so much. It fits my body exactly and has seven gears which makes it easy to ride in my hilly neighborhood in WV. After 11 years, my bike was getting a bit worn out. I have certainly gotten my money's worth out of the bike. When I bought it, I didn't know it was a really good brand called Electra Townie. I just liked its features. I have taken it on vacations with me many time. In March of '26, just a few weeks ago, I took my bike to Orlando on vacation with me. I was getting ready to ride when the sprocket chain came off again as it had been doing for the past year of so. I tried to get it back on but I couldn't so I searched online for the nearest bike shop and drove over. When I arrived at David's World of Cyclery, Felix met me and helped me get my bike out of my car. He took it inside and told me that he could fix it. Since it is near my birthday, I told him to go ahead and fix or replace anything that needed it, a kind of overall as gift to myself. He made up an estimate and I agreed. It was interesting when he typed my name into his computer and found my name and info already there. He said that the shop where I bought my bike in Virginia was probably a "Trek" bike shop and the Electra was a brand of bike owned my Trek. I was stunned! I felt like a had accidentally found my bike's mother ship! Felix was so friendly. It took a couple of days but he fixed it so beautifully for me! Now I can ride with no fear that the chain will fall off. I also got other things repaired that I can't recall. When I returned to pick up my bike, a young guy helped me take it to my car and attach it to the bike rack. He told me his name but I'm sorry, I forgot it. I just want to thank them for giving my precious bike back to me like new!

Store is organized by outdoor activities--fishing, hunting, camping, etc I especially love the foods section that includes chili kits, rubs, jerky and sauces. A downside is often the absence of shelf pricing. I've left many things behind due to this. Lots of wonderful clothing, especially for cold weather--thermals, fleeces, fllannels. Has outdoor appliances like dehydrators, grills, tools. Even has a toys section. Saw some great sales today $15 fleece jackets, 25% off lots of clothing, etc. Certainly worth a gander for everyone.

This is a review for their archery department…read more I decided recently that I wanted to get back into archery (which for me means traditional target shooting with a recurve bow). After receiving terrible service at a local shop in Gainesville, my boyfriend (who was buying this for me as a birthday present) and I came here. Upon walking into that section they really only have compound bows for bowhunting on display and some very expensive all wood recurves hanging behind the counter. There were plenty of people behind the counter though, and one man asked if we needed any help. We told him what we were looking for and that I was a novice archer who had last shot about 6 years ago. He promptly pulled a box out from underneath the counter, told us the price and asked if it was in our range. We said yes and he began putting it together for us. After he had put it together and showed me how it was done, he had me draw it. I said it was fine and more than I shot in High School, which is what I'm looking for since my archery teacher was always pushing me to try a stronger resistance. He then showed me a product called a "whisker biscuit" (I know, sounds lewd right?), which is basically a special attachment to help with nocking the arrow. It holds the arrow in place, meaning it won't fall out mid-release...which I agree is a good idea to have for a novice...especially since this has happened to me! So he attached that on for us. I asked him about a sight and he led us over to where they sell them and selected one to recommend at my re quest of a reasonably priced one. He picked one out and I looked at it, and really liked it! Fiber optic sight with several different pins to mark different distances so there is no need for adjustment once you set them. After attaching everything we had picked out he asked if we need it taken back apart and we did so he obliged. He let us know there was a sale on some arrows and we picked them up as well; he cut them to the proper size and then we were ready to check out! I know it kind of sounds like he was trying to upsell me on a lot of things, but he did listen to our concerns about price and we knew exactly what we were buying. When recommending a product he told us exactly what it was and why it was a good idea, but never said it was a necessity. At any time we could have requested something cheaper or different and I'm sure he would have obliged us with no problem. Great experience, excellent service. Will definitely come back if I need anything. I'm just sad they're in Orlando and not Gainesville :(

Large location, so many sizes for sneakers and clothing. Not too big of a sale this day, mainly 20-25% on clothes and extra 20% off back wall sneakers. The market is down for the most part so Jordan's that would have sold out years back are sitting below retail here. They had plenty of stock and sizing. It was super busy and crowded. Def can find some deals if you dig thru the racks and sneaker back walls. Bigger store then many back up north, line for checkout was LONG, but they had a lot of team members working the registers. Men's - women's and children's sizing available.

Didn't end up getting anything this visit, but they had sooo much inventory! More than I have found at my local outlet store. I've had good luck finding stuff from this location specifically, in the past. Love getting their everyday plus cushioned no-show socks, very comfortable for daily wear! If you're a sneakerhead still, the Nike Factory Store is the perfect place to go for shoes that were pretty hard to get for retail price (now valued at under retail though). Very BUSY location but it seems like the lines to check out move pretty fast.
