Should have turned them away. The crew Rushed the installation because they had to travel far to get back home after the job. The zoomer in the crew complained the entire time he didnt know what he was doing on a table this old. The older guy in the crew bragged how he had so much experience but still did this bad of a job. Left as soon as it was assembled and didn't clean. List of problems with the install: 1. Cloth already peeling away from the slate 2. Visible staple under bumper cloth 3. rail bolts not installed correctly and didnt tell me. About as dishonest as it gets. 4. Didnt trim cloth under the apron 5. Didnt bring correct glue and used electrical tape to seat trim pieces which ruined the finish on removal. Avoid these guys at all cost. 0 accountability for the terrible job. Response to manager: The fact that your installers didnt bring the rail bolt not being seated properly to my attention and left me to discover it on my own is dishonest and sloppy work. My review is the truth of the entire situation. They never mentioned they had to fight any issues with the table during install aside from the zoomer complaining the entire time. At no point did you say the table should be replaced or sent to trash prior to installation. Find where you said that in any correspondance and i will delete my negative reviews. A short trip to ebay will show you that tables in similar condition from this era bid upwards of $10k. Regardless of how nasty my review is we both know you would not have made it right. You and your crew are dishonest people and deserve every word of this review. The photos of the job speak for themself. To the reader of this review: Do not let this manager gas light you. I've asked other pool table installers and they agree a table of this age should not have had any issues with install and it is just a result of sloppy dishonest work. Ordered a custom Olhausen pool table from The Man Cave Warehouse in Orlando, FL. When it was…read moredelivered they set it up with a broken, split leg that had been poorly repaired. The paint on the rails were not from the manufacturer and had dried paint drips on them. When a licensed pool table professional came to move it in order to put a rug under it, he showed me the leg and the poor paint job on the rail. I called the salesman, Carson Klopf, at the Man Cave Warehouse and sent him pictures of the leg. He told me my warranty was void because of the other professional moving it and called me a liar. He was extremely rude, knew he had been caught trying to dupe me and continued to text and harass me. The professional installer, removed the leg, sent it to the manufacturer, Olhausen, and they matched the wood finish perfectly and made a new leg for installation. I cannot thank them enough. They ensured me my warranty was valid as long as a licensed professional did any work. As far as the man cave warehouse, they are horrible and I would recommend using anyone but them.

I've used John to move a table twice now - and both times were fantastic…read more The first time I used him was to move a table from Windermere to Winter Park. Everything went perfect. While remodeling my house, I needed to have the table disassembled and stored in another room while the old floors came up, and the new ones went in. John was able to come with relatively short notice, and get everything packed up neatly in 2 boxes so that the table would be safe from damage with all of the construction going on. 6 weeks later, I shot John a text that I was ready. With my new floors in, the green felt wasn't going to cut it anymore. He brought over a new felt when he came to reassemble. I never understood what a meticulous process re-felting a table was until I watched him do it. After the new felt, reassembly started. The table is more level than my brand new floors. It looks great, and I couldn't be happier. All in all, I've used John twice, for both moving and maintenance, and he did a fantastic job. He's now "my pool table guy", and can't speak highly enough about him.

I spoke to John around 11:30am Monday morning, and I asked about his pool services. I explained that I wanted to get the pool table from Revival and move it to a storage facility. He said not a problem it would be $250 dollars. I thought its not the best its not the worst price, but he seemed like a good guy. I told him "I'll go ahead and do it." He said, "it would be delivered around 1pm." Come day of delivery. This is where it's my fault, I did not see the text where he said it would be delivered by 11am. I was still thinking 1pm, my fault. I had to work, I sent my girlfriend. She ran into some personal issues and was late. I let John know. She didn't arrive until 2pm (big gap, my fault). Once she's there she texts me, John was not going to set up the pool table. I got upset, for $250 all he did was move the table from one location to another. If I knew that I would cancel the service and moved it myself or found someone reasonable (undoing bolts and picking up things moving locations, maybe I am naive but I am not sure what else you need to do to move a table). I call and I ask whats the deal. He stated, " I ain't setting up no pool table in 110-degree weather" ( I looked at 3 weather apps and did not see any current temp over 96 degrees). At this point, John and I are going back and forth with both of us raising our voices. He offered to "fix it" when the table gets to my house, he will set it up for an addition $100. How hard would it have been to be upfront and tell me his services was $350 dollars ($250 to move and $100 to fine-tune it). In my book moving a table and setting it up is part of calling a "professional" company. I ask if there was anyone above him. John says "No." I then asked for his website. John gets extremely irate, he tells me " I ain't giving you that, I have 5 stars and I am the best in the industry. I am not giving you my information so you can write a bad review. I am the best around, you'll never find anyone like me. Go ahead and get some whack job off craigslist and waste your money". Finally, John rattles off the website to fast to understand, luckily for me his number is tied to his website. He states a few times "he will fix it, just call him when the table moves and for an addition 100 he'll fix it up". At this point, I am receiving messages "to get off the phone" " babe, please I am having to stand here and listen to this, I'm scared". Out of fear I stay silent, due to the fact he still has a chance to take my table and my girlfriend is there. ( Side note: My father passed this year, and this table was one of the last tables we ever played on. Sentimental value is worth more than price). Now for the fun part. I called my girlfriend to hear her side of the story. She arrives at the storage, she has to pick up the key from the front office. After that, she finds John in his white van and hands him the money. She says all he does is grunt at her. She hops in her car and starts to get into the gate. She enters the code wrong and can see John form the rearview getting agitated and rolling his eyes. She has to call me to get the code again. He's showing visible signs of being irate, looking through her rearview. She texts me saying he's not setting up the pool table. I call him and the above happens. John seems to go into a rage, flinging his arms wildly and starting to yell. He's pointing to the sky and walking around aggressively. She gets into her car because she's terrified of this man. I ask her to get a card from him. She tells me he stormed off, not saying a word to her. I will never know if this man is the best in his industry. This man had no qualms with my girlfriend. I would not want someone of this magnitude around. John, show some customer service skills, be upfront about pricing, treat people with respect. For your wait, I would have paid for your lunch, but you don't deserve it. I don't know what you got going on, but I hope you find peace.
