We went here for Sunday brunch and the food was nearly unedible. My partner got steak and eggs and I had Eggs Benedict. The steak was so tough that it couldn't be chewed. The eggs were dry and hard. Brought it home to the dog. The Eggs Benedict were served on stale English muffins. I had a side of grits which were served in a big hard clump in a small bowl. We eat out about four or five times a week and both agreed that this was the worst meal we'd eaten out in a restaurant in a long time. Perhaps it is better during the week? The Manors hmmm, where do I begin? It seems like the owners have found it acceptable to try an rape the public of Wilton Manors. The locals are NOT supporting it. They have been treated poorly by this establishment for too long! The prices are EXTREMELY high. The food is sub par. The bartenders for the most part are NOT friendly. They charge you for the wrong drink and refuse to credit your card until a manager appears. After waiting over 30 minutes, it still did NOT happen. If you complain about the frozen food straight out of BJ's Wholesale Club, the "cook" will come out and argue with you. When there is a crowd (very rare) except Saturday, the AC does NOT work and you are in a steam room. All in all....get your drink on somewhere else....check out the entertainment which is good ....and then leave. NOT a place where you can afford to hang out.....or want to... Never had to wait more than a minute for a drink. Both the staff and clientele were incredibly friendly. Special shoutout to Tanner who was a total sweetheart the entire night (I was alone and she chatted with me for about 15 or 20 minutes between serving drinks). Charging a cover will be the death of the Manor. Look at Steel and countless other gay bars in the WM area. Once were free, started charging a cover, people stop going, months later - closed. I love this place I really do, I live in Miami and my spot is usually twist. But after being there so much you get pretty tired of the place and wanting to try something different. So I came here with my friends and to realize that there is life after twist JK.. This place in my opinion beats down twist 10 to 1, the people and the decor, just about everything is completely different from twist. I really enjoyed this place and loved the fact that there trans room made you feel like you were in a miniature ultra show. I also loved the fact that they had beds miniature beds in the second floor for people to rest or lay in over-viewing the whole trans room. Definitely recommend this place, for those who are visiting and or wanting to try something different. Each city has there own best gay club so for this area I do think this is by far the best one. For those that have been to the Abby in West Hollywood its a copy... which is a good thing. Multiple rooms, lots of bars, and lots of cute boys. Lots of dancing! This place is amazing went with my girlfriend and friends for my birthday weekend and had a blast! I went at 1 in the morning and there was no cover to get in. The drinks were a little overpriced but they sure know how to hook you up! I went on Saturday night and there was 2 different rooms one for latin music and the other for house. Around 2 something there was a drag show and she even let me dance on stage with her, one of the best nights I've had! Jesus F*cking Christ this place was packed when I went! Entry was free for 21 and uppers and the bouncer was super sweet, got my drinks fast, and the music was loudloudLOUD and fun to dance to on the huge open floor. Bathrooms were a little sketch, the men's room was totally open with multiple urinals but lady's just had one stall for all of the downstairs? Beers were expensive and I was nervous to order a liquor drink because of the price of my Heineken. The best part: Half of the guys here were missing their shirts for some reason. Have been at this place so many times Is the only REAL gay dance club in ft Lauderdale...its a great place..my only concern is that they try to play with the cover charge .... I was there in January for the SAIL AWAY party (the big gay cruise was leaving town the next day) I bough the tickets on line!! Presale $20 plus the website fee plus tax!!! When I get to the place at 12:15am they told me I had to pay $10 more cause after midnight was $30!!!! I couldn't believe it...so my presale tickets and web site fees don't have any validation after midnight?? That's crazy not even in the REAL CIRCUIT PARTIES you have to pay extra when u arrive with your presale tickets!!!!! Then in march,We arrive before midnight (no cover before midnight, the ad says) 2 of my friends had I'd from another state, the cashier told them is $10 each one They said "is free cover before midnight" The cashier say "only for Florida id" In 5 years or more visiting this place is the first time we heard this!! And it doesn't say anything in the ad!!! The cashier say"ok you can pass for free this time" the place wasn't even crowded that night!!! So don't let the people at entrance play with you guys!!!! Came here for dinner the other day and was pleasantly surprised. The food was truly outstanding and the staff from host to server to manager was extremely accommodating and hospitable. One of the best dance clubs in South Florida. Not sure what the 1-star reviewer was smoking that night he/she went. DJ Terrance Lalley rocks a mean dance floor here! Love the lasers and the smoke machines. I only wish Manor didn't feel the need to open the dance floor at 11:45-midnight on the weekends. Most of us have 9-5 jobs during the week and can't be out all hours of the night/morning. The crowd is sometimes fun but usually very clique-ish and gossipy. It's always best to go here with a group of friends to bring your own positive vibes. This is not the best place for meeting people other than to hook up what with the loud music. If you used to go to Coliseum back in the day, this is the next best thing (but nothing can beat Coliseum). read more

The Manor restaurant in Ft lauderdale was great! I had not tried this gem until last Thursday. I really enjoyed the $5.00 tapas they were offering because I enjoy trying many and sampling the menu. Make sure and try the JDBBQ Flatbread Delicious! I also tried their Prime Rib special that night and for $16.95 it was thick and juicy and I was loving every minute of it! My friend had the chicken Bastille in a basil wine sauce with asparagus Wow incredibly tasty! We were so happy we chose to dine here It was perfect after a long day at work and we could definitely relax and unwind. We ate on the front patio al fresco and we had a wonderful server that really Cared that we were enjoying and would return. The prime rib was some of the best I have ever had, with perfection of the au jus and creamy horseradish ten stars. The skirt steak amazing. Great caesar salad and unbelivable carrot cake. The manor is a very outgoing fun club to go to . It's decorated with a theme every Friday and Saturday night . Never had any problems . Everyone is very nice and helpful . Worst nightclub I have ever been to with my guy dog, which by the way is supposedly protected by the federal government and American disability act. Unfortunately it appears that the police or police officer is in bed with these people because I should not of left there without a citation issued for discrimination. I was told that my dog was not allowed in the club I was treated very badly and to be quite honest I was very embarrassed I am a disabled veteran that happens to be blind with a federally protected service animal. The club was great the first night I went, so I went a second night in hopes of having the same fun. I ended up having to urinate very badly. I go to the bathroom and I'm trying for ever to use it, and there's one room with a toilet and a few urinals. I'm trying to pee in the toilet room but there's people of 2's and 3's coming out of there. So I'm walking in and out waiting. The kitchen is right beside the bathroom. A chef comes out and tells me that he's told me 3 times to stay out of his kitchen and that I was up in the VIP and he would throw me out. I'm baffled by these lies spewing from this fools mouth. Actions I know I didn't do. I was with 2 other friends, one was very sober, not one drink and they both knew I hadn't done any of those things. This was a tall man with black hair I believe. They said he acted like he was tripping on something. I loved this club and the atmosphere, but the employment team need to be a whole lot more professional because I didn't deserve to be treated like that. It sent me into one of the worst nights I've ever had. I had to leave after that happened it was just too much. Luckily there were some really sweet people outside who seen I was very distressed and it was nice to talk to them. There can be bad and good people and sadly, we have to settle for that.
