Let me start off by saying I been coming here since before it was "The Marathon " when it was La Caña Farm so I seen it through construction through it all. They always had good deals that kept making want to come back and their customer service was excellent everyone was friendly. The last 4 months they have "all of a sudden" change their deals. Their Friday special used to be spend $30 and you'll get a free gift. Today when I went and spent more than that the girl bud tender said " oh we changed this deal this week" how convenient it's crazy because unless your a male spending over $80 they will get eager to get you out of there even when it's empty. Their customer service makes me want to never come back. I'm a resident of Canoga Park and rather drive further our in the valley to get better customer service. They need to retrain some of those girls not all but a lot of them. The front desk employees and security guards are always friendly. The male tenders are also nice and helpful. Very dissatisfied and disappointed on how they treat retuning customers. It shouldn't matter how much one spends you should still receive good service. Sad to say never coming back, the only deal that hasn't changed is the happy hour special but not worth coming back again. I give it 3 because yes the facility is nice and they have a lot of variety but the false advertising and CS is not good. read more
