It was the worst mistake of my business life…read more The pre-sale interactions with Shanna included unprofessional behavior such as perusing my home, furniture, and cabinets without permission WHILE I WAS THERE; sitting in her car outside my home for hours while making phone calls; filming me while I moved out; allowing her clients to diss me on a community webpage; and bringing in an electrician to disconnect my oven without my permission. She treated me like a squatter in my own property. I deeply regret my association with this woman. I was forced to sell my home in a divorce proceeding and having to work with Shanna made a bad situation worse.
