I did, beginning in 2022, and I can honestly say he changed my life. I first found him online through extensive Google searching at a point in time when I had so many odd, seemingly isolated health issues, most prominently some chronic gynecological problems, and none of my regular doctors were successfully treating or fully understanding any of it. I'd tried many other alternative methods as well - changing my diet, trying herbal supplements, acupuncture, but to no avail. I was SO frustrated, as it was all greatly impacting my life. On a small intuitive hunch - that my body was out of balance and that's why I had all of these symptoms - I remembered Ayurveda, something I'd only had a vague understanding of from my yoga practice. I found Zubinji and the several other glowing Yelp reviews below mine, was able to schedule with him almost immediately, and my journey to healing finally began. Zubinji was the first person who not only took all of my symptoms seriously, but actually understood them all, where they came from, and why they were manifesting at this moment in my life. I felt so incredibly validated after years of feeling almost 'crazy' or overly-sensitive. His work and his extensive knowledge creates a portrait of each unique patient from their present day life circumstances, past history (both physical and emotional life and traumas), along with family history, and blends all of that with the vast understandings of Ayurveda to create completely individualized treatment plans. He is part medicine man, part psychologist, part friend - all working in tandem in ways that Western medicine and doctors absolutely cannot and are not trained to do. He is incredibly smart, and he is also intuitive (at times he feels almost psychic), and both of those sides of him come into play when he works with his patients. Starting with the basics, Zubinji fixed my sleeping and eating patterns, such that I had never felt so nourished or well-rested in my entire adult life. Following that, he addressed my more specific concerns: gynecological issues, extreme sensitivity to sun/heat (a major challenge in SoCal), chronic fatigue. He recognized a change in my body that I was devastated by but thought no one else could truly see but me - and understood its direct correlation to a traumatic experience I'd had. He treated me not only for the physical manifestation itself, but also for the trauma/grief that was obviously still being held in my body. The relief I found from his treatments was and continues to be astounding to me. One of our largest healing 'wins' came just last year in fact, in 2024, when I was diagnosed with a very advanced stage of cervical dysplasia (CIN3) - the ominous step right before cervical cancer caused by certain strains of the HPV virus. I was naturally terrified, and my ob/gyn immediately and emphatically insisted I'd need a procedure called the LEEP, to remove 'damaged' parts of my cervix. Reading about the LEEP and its potential side effects was almost as terrifying as reading about cervical cancer itself. I didn't want to do it. Something inside me told me not to, at least not straight away. I called Zubinji. I asked if he thought this was something he could treat. He said yes, that it'd be well worth a try, but that I'd have to decide quickly because he was about to leave for an extended vacation. So I said ok, and even in a busy personal moment, Zubinji overnighted me the custom herbal liquids, supplements and oils (the 'protocol') I'd need to begin treating the dysplasia. I scheduled a second opinion appointment with a more reputable OB/GYN (specialized in oncology) for 8ish weeks later. I thought, ok if Ayurveda doesn't work, I'll probably have to do the LEEP, but I'm willing to take this chance for now. Cut to 8 weeks later: Following a PAP with the other ob/gyn, not only was I completely cleared of dysplasia, had no signs of cancer, but also had no trace of HPV in my system whatsoever!! HPV! The same virus that most of the medical world deems untreatable! I was so amazed! And so incredibly relieved! But not entirely surprised, based on the many other successes I'd had working with Zubinji. But this was the biggest test of Ayurveda's strength, and it passed with flying colors. I recently had my one year follow up PAP following that protocol, and all of my test results remain completely clear. I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to use this ancient wisdom and Zubinji's application of it in the modern world, right here in LA, to achieve this profound level of healing. The class itself is very slow paced and very chill. It didn't feel like a super intense workout that a lot of the hot yoga classes I usually take are like - there were no downward dogs or ab intensive yoga moves / flows. In addition, since this wasn't hot yoga, the room wasn't a sweltering 100+ degrees. The yoga instructor (I think her name was Francine) was very nice and super knowledgeable. She's also really hands-on and will come to help you or adjust your body if it's not quite right (which I really appreciate)! You can hear the sound of traffic since it's next to a large road, so keep that in mind if that bothers you. The studio doors are locked once class starts. You can bring your own yoga mat but they also have mats that you can use there. My class was 5 students total - but the studio can fit around 10-15. They have one gender-neutral bathroom where you can change in. Parking is street parking only, but luckily street parking is free and there is lots of it on the main road or on nearby residential roads.

Called in at 5:25PM to validate open time but no one picked up. Decided to make the trip anyways, but because pulled over earlier for some time and it's rush hour, didn't get there till 5:52 PM. Door was locked, no one in the front, called again and no one picked up. Waited a few minutes at the door and a weird guy passed by calling out to me so I went back to wait in car. Ended up leaving, drove almost 1hr round trip for nothing.

I also asked for a price for herbs, which he replied with the price. I sent him the money, then he said me he would not send me the herbs, as I don't need it. I was so confused. I asked for a refund, but got no reply for days. I told him I'll use that towards yoga classes, then, since he wouldn't respond. He also told me he would call me often for support as part of a consultation package that I paid for, but he would rarely answer my texts or calls, as it seemed, he was trying to take on as many clients as he could. I also heard him speaking about struggles in my life to a yoga class, in a gossiping manor, where he was making fun of me & laughing. He also did not mention that students would be shadowing him, so when I had my initial consultation on Zoom, and I kept noticing his eyes go somewhere, I figured it out on my own, and then he revealed it towards the end of the zoom. That should definitely be revealed before any consultation is taking place. Overall, I did get help for some things I needed, but there was a lot of horrible communication & customer service.
