Be sure to also purchase the two products she sells, the brow pencil and brow gel. I use the pencil every day, which is angled in such a way that makes application easy to "map" out for your ideal brow shape. It's a no-brainer when I use her pencil. The brow gel I use when I'm going for a more polished look, after I use the pencil. It keeps the pencil on and my brows in place, even after being at a work conference all day and evening. It also comes with a brush and comb attached to refine - so helpful!

Sadly, many of the waxers I trusted are no longer here, and my recent experience left me very disappointed. They do have a 10-minute grace period, and I completely understand policies. However, I was running 14 minutes late and called ahead of time to let them know. I still made it to Pasadena within the grace period, but they refused to work with me. After being such a consistent client for nearly 2 years, I felt there was no flexibility or effort to accommodate me.
