They change around some of the items in their fresh section daily, and the rest of the items are various snacks and quick prep soups and ramen. There are a few cooking ingredients available for when you need a quick place to pick up some mirin, for instance. Their fresh items are delicious and the shop and back area are always very clean. They operate with a small kiosk where you enter your items to purchase. The prices are extremely reasonable, in my opinion, especially considering the quality. The owners/workers in the shop are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place that we will be frequenting while we are here!
