After a great deal of time we decided on two different mattresses and the salesman agreed to the price I suggested for both (one was on sale the other was not). California King mattresses (they are longer than the standard king mattress) are not stock items and had to be special ordered so we arranged a date for the free delivery, setup of the new mattresses and removal of the old ones. They arrived on the day as promissed and even called me the night before to verify the date and approximate time.

Upon the light turning green he raced up next to me, flipped the bird (as he was taking up two lanes of traffic - a turn lane and a drive lane) and then at the last moment swerved out of the turn lane into the drive lane. He was a truly gross representation of this company. If I was in need of a mattress or furniture, his behavior single handedly would keep me away. Gross road behavior and even nastier behavior toward a woman.

Gerry was so kind and informed us what would work best for our different aches and pains. We both went with the milley adjustable cooling bed. Pricey but they were having a Black Friday sale. It's compared to tempur pedic. I got the medium firm while she got the firm. I'm used to a pillow top but lately it's been hurting my hips a lot. Love the fact you can raise and lower the head and feet. Eric came and delivered it this morning. He was very nice and did the old bed tear down and new bed install within an hour. He took away all the trash too. I highly recommend this place! It's nice doing business with local folks. You also get 120 days to try it or exchange, if your not happy. When my wife and I got there, Josh helped us and made the whole process easy. We had a general idea of what we wanted and what we didn't want, and he walked us around to several different mattresses, explaining the differences in brands, features, and pricing without ever pushing us toward anything. He had us actually lay on multiple beds, answered all of our questions, and gave solid recommendations based on what we were saying. What really stood out was how low-pressure it all was. Josh was just as happy to show us clearance mattresses in the back as he was the higher-end models on the floor, and we never felt judged or rushed. Mattress shopping usually isn't fun, but this honestly was. We narrowed it down to a few options and ended up buying one we're really happy with. Overall, great experience and a great team.
