I told her I was looking for something open box, she brought me over to the specific ones I was looking for. The store was well organized and made sense. My little one was a little hard to keep tame during my visit, but Katie was so patient with us and never made me feel like a bother. I appreciated it so much. I found a beautiful new washer for a great price. It was an open box with one small dent and they still offered and 3 and 5 year warranty on it. My daughter and I left and my partner came an hour later to purchase it. They don't hold unless you pay full price, but he made it back before anyone else snagged it. The general manager was very helpful to my partner and both of them explained our payment options. We were able to take it home for $50 and finish the rest on payments. They offer no interest for the first 101 days! I highly recommend this location, their inventory was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and we got a good deal.

My medical team says I must now sleep on my side, as a lifelong back sleeper this is not an easy alteration. Hello this is my honest opinion about this Mattress Firm location, I have given them three stars…read morejust because the manager helped the first time around. These Mattresses are supposed to last us 10 years and we are only getting about 5 - 6 years out of the ones we have purchased. we bought a mattress from them several years ago, the process was pretty easy they even hauled our old mattress a way for $50. We had this mattress for about two years and had to file a claim first they made us do a string test and they tried to refuse to replace the mattress, we contacted the manager at the time and she got it fix pretty fast, apparently one of the boards in the box spring had a knot in it and broke which was causing the Mattress to sag, however my lower back was causing me a lot of pain. They sent out a new mattress, we had that one for about 5 years and our lower backs and hips were hurting so bad. we ended up shopping around and some how made our way back to mattress firm and ended up buying a new mattress again from them. well we have had this mattress for about 6 years and again our lower hips and backs are hurting we ended up getting a Dormeo mattress topper to see if that would help the issue, it did for awhile but we are back to hurting again. I have been sleeping on pillows under my lower back to just get relief. So to say If you choose to buy a mattress from this location or any Mattress Firm stores. I would be very cautious about what you purchase. I think we are going to skip Mattress firm after this third round of Mattresses. we are again hunting for a new mattress!

I'm giving two stars because the corporate people promised one thing and then took it back. The…read moresalesman at the store was WONDERFUL! I don't want to take away from him. Our set was delivered on a Sunday because there was a huge snow storm Friday and the roads were too bad on Saturday. Well, on Sunday the delivery truck couldn't get down my driveway so I had to drive down and get the mattresses onto my truck and drive them to the house. My daughter and I carried the box mattress in first and carried it upstairs. We cut the plastic off and found that it was damaged. The plastic corner protection on one side was cracked and broken off. The black backing on the bottom was ripped off and one of the wooden cross beams was broken. It took us about an hour, but we fixed the wood, and fixed the rest of the bed. I emailed corporate with photos and received a voice mail a few hours later offering me 50% off or an exchange. I called back the next day and said that due to all the trouble getting it I would appreciate the 50% off. Now, they refuse to give me the 50% and will only give me $50 off!!! $50????!!!! After the trouble and this is what they do? I will never buy from a company that leaves a voicemail promising one thing and then doing another.
