He found that the couches were already discontinued, but he went above and beyond to find the materials and had a foot stool made for me. I bought my dining room table with him, which is still gorgeous. He also found my TV stand, which I had very specific dimensions, but he found it anyway. I have had to get a chair for an elderly person who needed the chair to lift for him. When it broke within the first year, Ben made sure it was replaced per the 1 year warranty. Just recently, Ben, his wife and staff helped me and my friend who is elderly, to find furniture for her first apartment. She has never lived alone and he was very attentive to her needs. I grabbed them before someone else could. Store is on the smaller side, but it's fully stocked, neat, and prices are not hard on the pocket. A solid stop if you're looking for deals.
