Looking back, they called us once in December but made no additional attempts to contact us or let us know our Spring Break trip was cancelled. Despite this, KB continued sending automated emails about our upcoming stay in December and January. They did not seem the least bit concerned that we had a whole trip planned and suddenly had nowhere to stay. Contrary to what they claimed in their Google review response, we were never offered an alternative place to stay. I understand that construction delays happen, but what is unacceptable is their lack of professional communication. They made almost no effort to inform us of the situation or rebook us in a similar beachfront, ocean-facing condo, but were quick to ask us to remove a negative review rather than help resolve the issue they created. Additionally, they held onto our money for 8 months, all while advertising and posting old photos of a property that could not be rented. This is not how customers should be treated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

First, being away from work for 10 days it was important that I have internet so I could simply check in with work twice a day and be sure that nothing needed quick attention. Internet was NOT working. Called Tri Power throughout vacation to get fixed. They NEVER returned any of my phone calls. I had to call them several times to get any response, They sent over a router which did not work. Kept calling...no response I had to drive around a few times a day to find internet access ... leaving my family at the beach. Just creates stress. Second ... we had my 4 year old granddaughter and very much wanted to use the heated pool. Again called Tri Power. They never returned my calls ( I was calm and simple :) ) Never got fixed. We happen to run into the pool guy one day and he said "Tri Power would NOT authorized his company to turn up heat! House was great , Ft Meyers was great... Tri Power was awful. From what I have heard and seen on the internet they have a dreadful reputation of not responding well to problems with rentals.

Extremely Poor Property Management Experience - Fort Myers…read more Marshall Reddick did a very poor job managing my property in Fort Myers. I relocated to California for work (RTO) and left the property in August, giving Marshall Reddick full authorization to manage everything--including tenant placement and payment of utility bills. This was by far the most horrifying property management experience I've had, and I own properties managed in other states. Over several months, I was instructed to reduce my rent five separate times due to what they claimed was a "poor market," yet the company changed real estate agents 3-4 times without my consent. Each time, they failed to run the live Facebook marketing campaign they had explicitly promised. Most alarming, I was later informed that power to the property had been shut off for three weeks before Marshall Reddick notified me. I was told this occurred due to a lack of funds, and only after the prolonged outage was I informed of a potential microbial growth issue--a serious risk to the property that should have been addressed immediately. Despite providing a 30-day notice for non-performance, Marshall Reddick ignored the notice entirely and continued to demonstrate a complete lack of accountability, communication, and urgency. This experience showed a complete disregard for: Basic property oversight Timely communication Tenant placement execution Utility management Owner fiduciary responsibility I would strongly caution any property owner--especially those managing remotely--before trusting Marshall Reddick with their investment.
