I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

I contacted the firm after receiving an unfavorable Social Security disability decision and was…read morelooking for help with my appeal. Before anyone took the time to hear my entire situation or review my decision, I was told to contact another attorney. The phone experience also felt very impersonal to me and appeared to be handled through an overseas call center rather than directly through the law office. The firm later called me back and told me they do not take mental-health disability cases. That was especially surprising because Brad Thomas has a public Facebook video in which he says, "these are the questions I ask in a hearing for mental health," and then discusses the questions he asks clients. When I pointed this out to the person from the firm, I was told it "must be an old video." What makes that explanation even more confusing to me is that the firm's current website still provides a Mental Residual Functional Capacity Assessment specifically for documenting how mental-health conditions affect a person's ability to work. I completely understand that a law firm has the right to decide which cases it accepts. My issue is the disconnect between the firm's public educational/marketing material and what I was actually told when I called for help. If the firm no longer represents people whose disability claims are based on mental-health conditions, I believe that should be made very clear. When someone has just been denied disability benefits and is trying to figure out an appeal, they deserve to have their situation heard before being quickly passed somewhere else. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

Instead, the dealings involve my father (dying of incurable cancer), who foolishly lent Sheves $629 to close on a property at closing, money which he did not repay despite kindly requesting it from him. Sheves is discourteous by not answering e-mails and phone calls. He also tries tricking people by providing them false legal information. Fortunately, I know the law better than Sheves does, but the fool thinks he is dealing with the bottom echelons of the socioeconomic ladder.
