Referred by a relative who lives locally, we found her professionalism to be heightened with a personality that will assure you, as it did us, that with patience and determination you can expect to find a home that suits your needs. Gina guided us through the use of Facetime to view a number of potential homes until she helped us find the right fit. Gina's partnering with long-time associates guided us through a loan process that couldn't have run any quicker or smoother. When a problem arose with the buyer of the home in Florida just days before our original closing date (on the very day the moving company in Florida was loading the truck), Gina made herself available to work directly with the real estate agent in Florida to make sure the issue was resolved. Even with the unexpected delay, Gina's association with the local seller guaranteed our purchase even though the final closing was delayed by over three weeks. Gina was there every step of the way, calming us during every nervous moment that we experienced. We talked, we emailed, we texted and were given immediate responses from Gina, who proved herself to be a people-person whose sense of business professionalism is truly unparalleled.

My issue has more to do with corporate policies. i have no shed, no driveway, no storage space at all. No linen closet. No place to put the vacuum cleaner, the lawn mower, or anything else. No SILVERWARE DRAWER! Mice live in the oven. They must've bombed for roaches because I've got dead ones everywhere. A water bill for $90 for ONE WEEK OF SERVICE! Not worth $1450/month, in my opinion, especially for a single wide. Especially when there's no storage. But when you're making less than $50K before taxes, the options are slim.

They are horrible at maintenance and keeping the park well maintained. In recent events such as thunderstorms and tornados there has been no branch pickups. The homeowners are responsible for having tree branches cut that are hanging over their home which is totally unfair. The park should be responsible for having the branches cut because this is still technically their property that we are "Renting". Lot rent that we pay should be covering the lot our homes sit on and any maintenance that needs to be done excluding lawn care. With fluctuating lot rent and the water bill which is included future renters would be better off renting an actual house. At least they will have a front yard and back yard to enjoy without the neighbors children running and littering in their yard . And also dogs defecating and being unsupervised and unleashed while outside. When looking for places to rent or buy I suggest you research and drive through the area during warm weather to actually see what you would be moving you and your loved ones to.I had to leave a rating in order for it to post otherwise they would get no stars.
