Ordered from them on sat. Night. For California pizza kitchen. They told us 45 mins. For two pizzas and salad. The driver called and said that it would be another 30 mins. After the expected time. Well, it finally arrived when I was calling (1 hr. 40 mins. Late), I told them to take the tip off the bill. The guy on the phone said that this would not effect the driver (with attitude). Called meal mobile (both listed numbers) and was sent to voicemail. I left a message yesterday and today and no one has responded. I would like my money back! I use The Meal Mobile daily for our company. We order lunches for our office for folks here each day. The service is excellent. VERY seldom do they deiliver late and that is usually something that goes wrong at the restaurant out of their control. Even in bad weather they make it on time! The guys work hard to make sure all is correct. If the restaurant makes a mistake they are more than willing to correct it. Justin and Joe are great. Ordered from Bucca Di Beppo and was slightly confused because we didn't know that ordering from Eat Street would go through The Meal Mobile so we ended up calling the restaurant and when they told us our order didn't go through we were slightly distressed but everything worked out perfectly! The food got here on time, we were able to pay online, the man who delivered it was very friendly and we were super happy with our order! After reading other reviews, I was nervous. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was this convenient, but they were early! Working downtown, I never want to leave the building and lose my parking space, now I have a way to get the food I want and not have to leave the building. This place has horrible customer service. The first times we ordered from Mai Thai our food came cold. We're well within the delivery area and yet it took nearly an hour and a half and we had to spend even more time reheating everything we had ordered. Another time they came almost two hours late and told us we'd get a discount on the next order by mentioning a name. However when we tried again, they didn't honor the discount. The final straw was when they "lost" our order. Even though I had an email confirmation telling me it was placed and giving me an order number, they never bothered to call the restaurant and place it. After waiting for well over an hour, I called and the guy said this "just happens" from time to time and they never placed it. The driver was rude and basically threw my order quickly at me before I had the chance to notice it as COMPLETELY wrong. We use Meal Mobile regularly and have always had a great experience. Tonight was especially great and we had to share! We ordered from Beans and Barley and we love their Banana Cream Pie, turns out it's not on the mobile menu. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/APP!! This was the first time I used this app for delivery. I placed my order at 12:56, called at 1:26 wondering how much longer as my order never changed to "placed" (driver placed order) and was told they were waiting for a driver. I was then sent a text saying my order was "placed" at 2:05. Called back at 2:38 wondering if my food was ever going to be picked up and if it was going to be cold upon arrival. I was told it was being picked up soon and they would remove the delivery fee for the inconvenience. So then I receive at text saying. The driver arrived at 2:44....its now 3:03 and nothing! My food finally shows up at 3:22pm!! Cold, soggy and to top it off the order is wrong!! Brat House is 4 blocks from my apartment! I should have just WALKED THERE myself! read more

Watch out for the a**hole drivers. I had one cut me off the watched him run two stop signs and a stop light. But I guess if you want your food delivered hot they have to be reckless drivers. They let me place an order on their site. They called and said they don't deliver to me, but that no money would be taken out. My money is taken out by them, so I called to figure what can be done since I'm hungry and no longer have the money to order from someone else. They refused to do anything, and I was hung up on. I've tried them a few times. This company is basically a couple guys that will pick up your carryout orders and bring them to your house, a good idea in theory but not so much in practice. While they have a good selection of restaurants they support, their delivery times are always longer then they tell you and, for me at least, has never been shorter than an hour. The length of time for delivery usually means the food is cold. I'll be picking up my own carryout orders from now on. read more

The Meal Mobile includes a significant mark-up on menu items, which they do not disclose on their website. They charged me $39.75 for an order that the restaurant charged $30.75 for. Add in the tip and the additional tax that Meal Mobile charges on top of the restaurant's tax, and the order cost me over $20 more to have MM deliver it than it would have cost me to pick it up myself from the restaurant. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!! I would give this company no stars, if yelp would let me. That is how bad their customer service is. They first delivered me the wrong food. I called and emailed for 3 days without any response. When I posted a review on facebook I received a message stating I would received a credit to be used on my next order. Fast forward almost 3 months and I decide to give it one more try. When I placed my order there was no credit as promised. The restaurant I ordered from was out of one of the items I ordered (they called and told me). So my bill was adjusted, or so I thought. I left feedback stating I did not receive my credit as promised. The operator sent an email back stating they would not charge me for my current order ($7 cheaper the what they owed me). But when I looked at my account today they not only charged me but they charged me for the item I never received. And wouldn't you know it I cant get anyone on the phone and so far no response to email. I sent a direct message on facebook because somehow they blocked me from writing a review. I can only recommend them and I refuse to do that. read more
