Being a student, I could not afford what the shop quoted me for :( I asked a friend for a recommendation and she introduced me to Luis! He looked over my car and said that the power steering pump is leaking slightly and could be replaced, but its wasn't necessary right now if I was short on money. He quoted me $250 lower than the other shop to have the heater hose and distributor replaced! . I appreciate Luis's honesty in what repairs were needed for my car and for being more more affordable. When I questioned the price they told me that the parts I looked up (OEM parts) were "do it yourself parts". I told them I would never be back. It turned out my problem was a ground wire which cost me nothing to fix. Parts are parts. They tried to con because I a woman and elderly. But I'm not stupid. They might be ok for an oil change, but I wouldn't trust them for anything major- price gouging is one of their specialties.
