I'm not sure if I was able to leave in 2020 after he assisted my mother with her insurance needs, but I also referred him to my mother-in-law, and I cannot express how grateful I am for his level of expertise, professionalism, and humanity. He is easily the best that Las Vegas has to offer, but also nationwide, as I have lived throughout the US. Our experience upgrading our Medicare Advantage plan was outstanding. Adam is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He answered all questions in detail, and explained everything clearly and fully. He made recommendations when asked, but did nothing to push any particular company or plan. Instead he explained the advantages and possible disadvantages of those plans most suited to people in our situation. We really enjoyed talking with him and found him very helpful. I went to Sun City Financal to get a better Medicare supplement insurance for I was unhappy with what I had. I am disabled and that day I had my appointment I was in a lot of pain. From when I walked through the door Andrea was nothing more than remarkable. She quickly realized how much pain I was in and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Than she started talking with me on what I need from my insurance. Not only did she meet my needs but went above a behind and ended up saving me more money on my diabetes medication. After years of choosing a medicare health plan on my own during open enrollment each year and having to cancel it after 1 or 2 months because I could not afford the monthly premiums, I found The Medicare Store in Las Vegas. I will start off by saying, I feel like I won the lottery! I worked with Amber who was a God Sent! For the 1st time I believe I really know how medicare works because Amber took the time to explain it to me. She was so knowledgeable and had chosen 2 health plans in advance for me to look at. He is extremely professional and truly cares about his customers. I had specific inquiries when it came to Medicare and healthcare and Zachary was there every step of the way.
