As someone who is cautious about where I seek healing, I could sense that I was in the presence of a truly gifted individual. It became clear very quickly that Luisa embodies a genuine intention to heal and uplift others. During our session, Luisa took the time to listen to me without judgment, creating a safe environment where I could express the challenges I've been facing. The warmth and compassion they exuded were palpable, and it allowed me to let go of the weight I had been carrying. As the session began, I was guided through a series of grounding exercises and gentle meditations that opened a pathway to my inner self. Each moment felt like a revelation, as Luisa skillfully tuned into my energy. With intuition and expertise, they unraveled layers of emotional blockages that I had not even realized were holding me back. By the end of our time together, I felt a profound shift within me--a lifting of burdens that I thought I would carry forever. Luisa. not only facilitated a Mary Magdalene healing experience but also imparted wisdom on how to maintain balance in my life moving forward. I left with knowledge and wisdom tailored specifically for me, empowering me to continue my journey towards my highest vibration. What struck me most was the clarity and purpose that Luisa provided: an understanding that healing is not just about addressing symptoms, but about reconnecting with one's true essence. In just one session, I experienced transformation that resonated deeply, reminding me of the strength and light within myself. If you are seeking a healer who works from the heart with pure intentions, I wholeheartedly recommend Luisa. They possess a rare gift that brings liberation and hope and are dedicated to guiding you toward your authentic self.

It's important to know that this is not free like traditional temples. They describe it as "modern Buddhism," which means they charge $15 per class. The first time I attended, I noticed a donation box and assumed it was donation-based. On my second visit, I felt uncomfortable when I was asked after the session whether I had signed up or paid in advance. It caught me off guard, and I ended up paying out of anxiety due to the lack of clarity. My main concern is that it presents itself in a way that feels similar to traditional Buddhism (the num outfit and statues), but operates differently by charging per class. In my experience growing up around Buddhist temples, meditation was always offered freely, with donations being optional. That said, the environment and community here are positive--it's just important for others to understand that it is structured as a paid class rather than a donation-based temple setting. I prob won't be returning due to this reason because I like hot yoga so at least paying for a workout and meditation all in one. Thanks for the experience here anyway Kadampa!

My 90-minute body massage and cupping therapy at San Diego's Sanctuary of Art and Healing with Dr. Jordan Delagrange reflected that traditional, therapeutic approach rather than a decorative or spa-oriented one. The techniques were applied in a targeted and methodical way, consistent with their original clinical purpose. This experience differs significantly from a typical massage or spa service. The focus is not on relaxation or pampering, but on addressing muscular tension, circulation issues, and areas of stagnation. While most of the session was painless, certain areas were intense where tension was present, which felt appropriate given the treatment goals. This is structured, results-driven bodywork rooted in traditional healing practices. Highly recommended for those seeking therapeutic massage, cupping therapy, or gua sha in San Diego rather than a standard spa experience.

I've since moved up to North County but I still find myself making my way down for appointments and it's 100% worth the trek!
