It's important to know that this is not free like traditional temples. They describe it as "modern Buddhism," which means they charge $15 per class. The first time I attended, I noticed a donation box and assumed it was donation-based. On my second visit, I felt uncomfortable when I was asked after the session whether I had signed up or paid in advance. It caught me off guard, and I ended up paying out of anxiety due to the lack of clarity. My main concern is that it presents itself in a way that feels similar to traditional Buddhism (the num outfit and statues), but operates differently by charging per class. In my experience growing up around Buddhist temples, meditation was always offered freely, with donations being optional. That said, the environment and community here are positive--it's just important for others to understand that it is structured as a paid class rather than a donation-based temple setting. I prob won't be returning due to this reason because I like hot yoga so at least paying for a workout and meditation all in one. Thanks for the experience here anyway Kadampa!

The space itself is inviting and relaxing with an awesome sitting area that was perfect for conversation before and after the session. Brittany was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions, because I had a million, and explained in depth what the session would entail before starting. I was so comfortable and relaxed during the session I fell asleep. I came out of the session feeling peaceful and centered. I too was amazed at her incredible insight and how close to home her feedback had hit. She was very intentional to ensure that she relayed the information that she received as a message, leaving the interpretation to me. I was very impressed with the session itself but even more stunned at the way I felt days after. I had a noticeable increase in my overall energy level and I am feeling the calmest and most relaxed that I've felt in months. In another occasion I tried the Multisensory Crystal Bed and it was one of the most connecting to myself experience I have ever had. I thought since I was there it could be neat to do a session and it ended up being pretty amazing. I am completely blown away by his abilities. The level of detailed accuracy cannot be faked. It was a bit of numerology, aura reading, tarot, discussion and honestly I left feeling better than I have felt in a long time.
