The most recent session I had with her was over the phone for 30 minutes. It was during a time that I was feeling overwhelmed from the pressure of "performing". I felt everything I needed to feel and even got to cry it out, safely. The value in Shannon's sessions is her ability to be direct with what she sees, inviting interesting questions that illuminate my blind spots, and offering tangible action items to integrate the insight I receive during sessions. In the last phone session, we highlighted balance. She asked me if I saw myself moving towards balance, which I found to be an interesting question because it was a yes/no question.
