We tried the following menu items: -- Chris Style Burger -- Chandler Style Burger -- Karl's Deluxe Burger -- Beast Style Crinkle Fries w Bacon Bits -- Seasoned Crinkle Fries -- Unseasoned Crinkle Fries For starters, they jacked up the order by seasoning all of the fry orders, which we all despised. Next, the fry seasoning appeared to be nothing but black pepper and (possibly) a little bit of salt. All we could taste was black pepper. The Beast Style Fries were a gloppy mess of sauces with, again, an overpowering flavor black pepper. Additionally, they didn't provide any utensils to eat said gloppy mess. Fortunately, the hotel had some disposable forks but was only needed for a couple of bites before opting to not finish. On to the burgers.... The wife put it best by stating, "these remind me of school lunch hamburgers from back in our day." Just for clarification, that's not a compliment. My Chris Style burger was not only dry, but since it had seasoned fries on the burger, had the overpowering flavor of black pepper too. Sorry, MrBeast. Whichever ghost kitchen prepares your orders around here, gets lowest possible rating. Would give zero stars if we could. Flavors, presentation and order accuracy was just bad all the way around.

Tonight, we waited two hours for a driver to deliver someone else's order, then he said "let me go get yours". I chose to cancel versus waiting even longer. Terrible service and terrible wait time.

They tell you that they do not place the order with the restaurant until a car is ready for delivery. That is completely the opposite of what they do. Our food was ready over 45 minutes before they showed up and was completely cold and soggy when it arrived. Instead of doing what a good customer service rep would do and refund your money, they offer us a $10 credit for future orders, as if we would ever order from them again. If you are reading this, I recommend you use any other delivery service
