South Philly cheesesteak - amazing! Turkey avocado - I couldn't taste any avocado. Opened up the sandwich and there was a very VERY thin swipe on one side of the bread. What's the point? Just so you can say that "Yes, there was avocado on there." Ridiculous. Even if the sandwich had a decent portion of avocado it would still just be an OK sandwich, nothing special. I highly recommend! I love sub sandwiches and tried them all in Northwest Arkansas. Two sub shops are the best and Lenny's is definitely one of those two. Service was great. The young lady working on 8-30-25 (lunch) was very friendly and makes a sub that is loaded with good stuff. The subs are huge!! And the price! I tried Lenny's for the first time this evening and ordered the medium turkey bacon avocado on wheat. Not bad but certainly not a ten dollar sub. The bread was not great. Dry and tough. Bread really makes or breaks a sandwich for me. The turkey was pretty good but the bacon was dry. The quality of ingredients was about like every typical sandwich fast food chain. Friendly staff. Having tasted both Pat's (claiming to have originated the sandwich in 1930) and Geno's in Philadelphia, I would have to say Lenny's original aligns more closely to Geno's - savory with some really great bread choices. Lenny's has been around Bentonville for over a decade and is run by Micheal and his wife, one or both of whom will likely be behind the counter. The menu supports a variety of unique additions to the cheesesteak, like red pepper relish; there is a tangy buffalo chicken and an awesome meatball sandwich- tender and juicy - if cheesesteak ain't your thing. Coke products, which is always a plus in my book. Bottom line: support this locally owned, well managed sandwich shoppe. Clean, friendly and great place for a quick lunch. read more

I am often on a look out for a new place to try. Unfortunately, I am cheap so I have to look for a cheap place. It so happens that I passes this place often. Therefore, when I needed a break from eating at the office, I went and checked this place out. Thankfully, this place is just your typical sandwich shop. Nothing fancy, and it does not empty my wallet. For a 7.5 inches sub, I only spend about $7. I skipped the drink and chips because of my cheapness. Although, if I return back here within 3 days with a filled out survey, I can get them for free. They have your typical sandwiches with thinly sliced meats. But, they have a section of Philly Cheesesteak. So, I went for it since it has been a while since I have eaten Philly Cheesesteak. And, since I always look for something different, I ordered the A1 version of it. What a big mess! It is a slop of thinly sliced beef with A1 steak sauce. In my opinion, A1 steak sauce is only good in moderation because of its abrasive taste. In this sandwich, they abuse the heck out of it. I got a sandwich of A1 steak sauce with a hint of beef taste into it. Also, the bread that they use does not work here. I chose wheat bread, and it was so soft and absorbed the sauce too quickly. I got a soggy wheat bread that taste like A1 steak sauce. It was not very pleasant. In conclusion, I will surely return back here, but I will definitely not order the A1 Philly Cheesesteak ever again nor I would recommend this mess. read more

A lot of people go here for their Philly Cheesesteaks, which are good but, I've found that their meatball sub is where it's at! Fresh meatballs, not too much sauce and the perfect amount of gooey, creamy cheese!! Damn good. I rarely get to eat it right away so when I get home I pop it in the toaster oven which crisps up the roll a bit and yes sir, perfecto! The cold subs are really good too, freshly sliced and quality meats. And to top it all off, the owner and his employees are always so kind, which makes everything taste a bit better :) read more

I'm giving them a 4 because the new lady behind the register was pleasant even though she was a little frazzled learning the system but the guy making the sandwiches was smart. He listened to everything as I told her and made it right on the spot. Before I could set my stuff down to get my drinks he had my order ready. The restaurant was clean and the sandwich was good. I would compare this to a "Jersey Mikes". I'm still looking for a real east coast style deli in NWA but I haven't been able to find anything yet but this is a decent filler for a sandwich. We love this place. They are normally so good. And so fresh and fast. But, unfortunately today they missed some items on our sandwiches. They did not make my wife's cheesesteak hoagie style and missed the banana peppers on my sandwich. Otherwise they would have gotten a full 5 stars. This is no fault of Lenny's but a perfect opportunity for anyone opening a lunch spot in NWA, if you can nail down a spot close to the Home Office and specialize in say, Philly's, you may give Lenny's a run for their money, but no one has stepped up their game like Lenny's and until someone can beat them, this place is gonna be packed for many lunch rushes to come. I stick with the Philly here, it's almost spot on. They could use "wiz" but I think Philadelphia has the lock down on shipments :) It's a bit crowded at lunch, that's an understatement. Sweet spot lunch times are before 11:15am and after 12:30. If you can push your lunch back that far, you will miss the madness. Fresh bread, great service, and large portions. read more
