Excellent service! We had an appointment for service, but our tree wound up falling on our house with all the rain. We called to see if they could come out earlier. The owner asked us to send pictures. He said he would do his best to get out sooner, but he couldn't make any promises since there was so much rain and they were backed up, but then they wound up coming out the very next morning, which was a week earlier than our actual appointment. A crew of 6!guys showed up. They were very professional and worked very hard. It was scary watching them get up on the roof and remove the tree from the house, but they did a great job. They cleaned up all debris with blowers and did more than I expected. I'd definitely recommend them for any job! read more

Greatly surprised! I had two trees just at the edge of the woods, each well over 60 foot tall, that were starting to lean. They came out cut them all the way to the ground no ugly stump left. They took great care in protecting my peach tress that were nearby. These two were at the edge of the woods and they were so professional you can't even tell they took trees out, no damage to any of the trees or bushes around them. A third tree was up against a driveway. They cleared the yard and drive so well you'd have no idea there was any work done at all. They also gave me the best price quote, were the fastest to call me back and were prompt with when the job could be done. I have lots of wood so no need for haul away, they just moved them back where I told them to put them. The limbs were just mulched into the woods as natural fertilizer for the rest of the woods. Be warned: The owner, Shane, does not stand behind his work. When things get messed up, or damage caused, he stands behind the contract you sign releasing him from liability for any wrongdoing. He also takes your money before he starts work so he doesn't have anything to lose if something goes wrong. Please don't spend your money with company. His business practices are unethical and he doesn't allow communication between himself and his crews the day they are doing work. They are sent to your house with written instructions only, no verbal communication, if they misunderstand his written instructions, he will tell you, and I quote: "my supervisor has been working for me a long time and always understand what I write down for him." He said this after I told him there was a mistake. read more

Excellent! We had three very mature River birch trees with multiple trunks. Two of them we had trimmed and branches hanging over our house were removed. The other, very large tree was approx 60 foot tall and only about 10 ft from the side of our house and neighbors property, the entire tree was removed. All branches and even leaves were raked up. The team moved swiftly and professionally. These guys are amazing and it was fascinating watching them work! We interviewed several companies and decided to use Naz. I was extremely pleased with the work NAZ Tree Service did. We had a 30-40 ft Cherry tree we wanted cut down, and I submitted online contact forms for several companies to see about getting a quote. Shane from NAZ was the only call back I got, and he called within 15 minutes of me submitting my request. His crew arrived at my house around 2:30 and had the tree down and completely cleaned up by 3. I was blown away! The next morning, another crew showed up to grind the stump and pull up the roots (some were as big around as large limbs), and once again left the yard looking like nothing ever happened. There was hardly a trace of any work being done, which is the best you can ask for! When it comes to having something like a tree cut down, make sure you choose a company that will do the job the right way, and Shane and his guys at NAZ is that company! read more

Service was performed, but no one came out to check if everything was done correctly with no issues. They subcontract a grinding service that tore up my sidewalks. But they are quick to follow up on getting paid. I do not recommend them. read more

This crew was amazing. They took down a massive oak tree that was leaning very close to our house, and nothing ever touched the roof. I am VERY HAPPY with the job Naz Tree Service did for me this week. Shane sent a five-man crew out to remove a dying tree, trim back a tree, and do some MAJOR shrub pruning. They worked VERY hard and EFFICIENTLY to get the job done. They also cleaned up beautifully, and didn't trample existing bushes or plantings which was a plus for me.
