Speaking of packages, they are only open till 5pm, so good luck getting any packages at all. The landlord Bob is gracious and takes care of things quickly. Guy keeps the place together. Would recommend to college students or those starting out/elderly looking to downsize. Not really kid friendly. Not for any reason, just boring for a kid I would imagine. Pet friendly! To make a long story short, he did leave so I reported this to management. I did receive a response essentially saying they notified him that he violated his lease and if I ever feel unsafe to call 911. The manager did say to let him know if I would like to discuss this further so I called him and left a message saying I would. I never heard back from him. Someone from the front desk sent him an email then someone from leasing supposedly reached out to him then I left him another message. I found out he had been on vacation so I thought this was why he was not getting back to me, but I still have not heard anything. I'm very upset that management is not taking this seriously. My neighbor came across as quite aggressive and it traumatized me to where I have flashes of him coming quickly onto my balcony. Obviously if he does this again, I will call 911 and I feel like I'm now left with if I want any explanation why this happened I'm going to have to ask my neighbor himself next time I run into him. I feel like this should be grounds for eviction. It's crazy because they evict people I feel for a lot less like smoking in their apartment.
