The four helpers never took a break. They hard-working. They had to climb some really steep stairs and they do any damage to either the new house that I entered and the old house that I left. We did not have the best moving conditions on the street for them to get to their truck with our heavy furniture, but they maneuvered like true champs. Based on the other reviews, I'm thinking I might have caught some of the folx on off-days? I will say they were prompt and polite, and Sway really tried to make up for what he could tell was not the smoothest move. It was not an inexpensive move, but the price matched with other companies I got quotes from. *I'd recommend not asking them to move plants because almost all of the plants they handled lost limbs. Not sure how to get around this if you're a person without a car or just want everything moved in one trip, but I'm glad I moved most of the plants myself. Art was handled delicately though!

The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed.
