The third party company they use "CON-SERVICE" is a joke. Oceanside and ConService like to point finger at each other and at the end of the day, nothing will be explained or resolved. My flooring had glue leaks, water damage from the unit above me and multiple over charge water utilities when I was away for work and not even home. Yet they seem to always find an excuse or brush the issue off. Gate is never working, so kids are always using the club house, people housing more then they can fit and cars are being broken into. It took three managements teams to finally come to me to try to resolve the issue. The crazy part was that they wanted to give me $200 to sign basically an NDA and have the owner and the property management team not at fault for any of the issues. Its not worth the headache to pay the prices they are asking. They will offer you 2700 for a two bedroom for you to find out two months after you moved in that they are now renting it out for 2100. They play games and are not looking at your beat interest.

The apartment it's self is definitely builder grade but it's expected. Not a ton of space to store stuff but I made it work. I would definitely live here for a few years if I had the option to. Once I finished, I decided I had no need for the TWO (Dirty) coffee machines, the dishware caked in crusted food, the lamps with visible stains on the shade or the surplus of dirty pots and pans. After checking with the staff they informed me, quite rudely that I must keep all of the original soiled items in the studio or face being kicked out with 30 min or less notice. The entire place is infested with termites and be prepared to wake up to roaches. Utilities are advertised as included in the weekly rate yet I had no wifi for 4 days and my Tv is still not functioning after having paid another week in full. Was offered no reimbursement. Was also informed they can and will enter my room on a regular basis without so much as even a text message. Came back after a weekend away to see my belongings covered in paint and $800 missing from my wallet. They said they'd look into it . After following up a few days later I was told "I couldn't prove it" Beware as they also consistently fail to provide receipts. I was under the impression this was an apartment complex now I see LESTER ; the EX CON manager is either using this business as a side hustle scam or a laundering front. It's a great location and easy to get on and off I-95 and only a short distance to the alek worth beach park over the intracoastal bridge. Town is within walking distance if you are ok walking about 10 blocks. Everything right there and great jumping off place to Delray and Palm Beach. The office staff is very professional with great customer service skills. ,The maintenance staff is top notch and makes repairs quickly and the job is done right. I had a leak above my kitchen counter. Jose found the problem to be a faulty valve in the 2nd floor dishwasher. The tenant above me was told to not use dishwasher. The valve was replaced and Jose advised me what was being done. He then came and sealed my ceiling and painted it. Thank you Carmen. The office staff and the maintenance staff especially Jose.

There is dirt on top of dirt, the flooring is glued on top of cockroaches. The appliances are rusted over and may or may not work. The water pressure is terrible. I have never lived in a worse building. The residents are waiting to die. The so-called activities are local doctors and insurance agents coming in, serving pizza, and trying to get your business. The manager and assistant manager are not qualified to do their jobs and it shows. The assistant manager actually shoved me and wasn't even reprimanded. If you like paying rent to slumlords, Riverview House is the place for you. Yes, I know there's a scarcity of rentals, but go somewhere else. Find a place with a roommate, rent a room in a house, just don't move into this horrendous place. They will just keep raising your rent. Run away. Prior to that the building had water leaks and major power failures when some of the emergency signs shorted out due to the water leaks.
