Stumbled into this expertly decorated and nicely arranged bar/kitchen on my way back from breakfast down the street. Music was sounding, the crowd looked inviting and the vibrations seemed good. I stopped for a drink just to see if it wasn't just a nice looking place. It definitely is more than a pretty place. While I didn't have a cocktail I did try their IPA. A tad bit pricey at $9 but it was very tasty, and served nice and cold. Bartender, Stacy, gave me a warm welcome and was all-around pleasant. I decided to try their mini empanadas since I was full but wanted to gauge the kitchen. Once again, they delivered. The mini empanadas weren't cheap ($7 for two) but were worth the price. Crispy freshly made, with delicious beef stuffing, and a nice refreshing ají salsa. Kitchen is definitely experienced. Back patio is beautiful and has lots of potential. We stayed a while and listened to a DJ accompanied by a latin drum player. It was really cool! Overall it's a nice upscale spot to take a date or a group you wish to impress. If you're really hungry, prepare to spend some money because the focus here seems to be on quality not quantity. Very nicely done and look forward to seeing more. read more

We came here based on a yelp listing advertising a free bao bun and a car visit through event brite.... We entered and mentioned our event brite info to the guy at the door. He said to see the bartender. The bartender had no idea. He said to see one of the two gals up front. Don't bother. "It's free to come" is all the two gals said. ... but everything else is at a fee $$$. That's the answer we got on site. No apology. No, but why don't you try the buns? No, why don't you come see the cars? No other interaction. Just blank stares. And a bit of whispering between them. So why would you need to register? No explanation that day about the chef either... I have had friends that have worked at Social House and rented space there in the past and I had never been until last weekend. I wish I had gone sooner! I loved everything about the Social House, from the helpful and courteous staff that was on site. I went on a busy weekend while the Lake Worth Street Painting festival was going on and the girls were still able to give me a tour and help me understand a little bit more about the community they've created there. I was so lucky to be attending while a pop-up with Benny's on the Beach and chef Emerson Frisbie was going on. I had an amazing pina colada and some reasonably priced Bao Buns that were delicious. Even though I have a home office, I am highly considering getting a membership at Social House to be a part of the great community they have built. There are fun events planned for their event space and so many talented people that are members. Pro tip: if you get a chance to check it out, go into all the bathrooms! They are so so read more

Sooo, I was attending the Lake Worth street art fair and stumbled upon this pop up Bao bun restaurant at this location. I love asian flavors and so I tried the Korean Bao with Fried chicken and topped with a sauce that was just spicey enough...i enjoyed it so much i had another and then tried their dessert one which was deep fried..Service was quick and friendly...and the value of quality and freshness was good for the price paid. I asked the chef there if this was permanent and he said to expect a good variety of options in what he described as shared space.. Looking forward to seeing what is next here. read more

I have been a member of Social House for a couple of years now. I adore the environment which nicely complements my aesthetic as a designer. It is a co-working space that allows you to work comfortably away from home on your own terms as there are different levels of membership depending on your needs. Networking with other members enriches my experience too. There are a variety of member events which are discounted or free with membership. They also have many events that are open to nonmembers. We LOVE IT HERE! We searched a long time for an office that was close to home, had positive energy & was affordable. The social house checked all those boxes and then exceeded expectations. The team that runs this space are an outstanding group that welcome you everyday and are genuinely interested in you as a person and the work that you do. The Social House members are just plain cool and we've made some great connections. There is laughter everyday and I know that if I'm stuck on something there is always someone to help. I attended their grand opening party last week. Great space that is very tastefully designed and incredibly comfortable. The husband and wife proprietors are warm, fun, and energetic. It feels as if they are welcoming you into their house which fits since the Social House feels like a friends home. The bar is comfortable and serves excellent coffee and food, the shared work space is both private when needed but remains social and collaborative, and the patio out back was clean, tasteful and perfect for events. The Social House is unique in that it would be a great venue for an event but is still comfortable and accessible on a daily basis. I look forward to seeing their popularity grow and joining the owners and excellent crowd for a drink any time I'm in the area. read more
