Usually make the best Chocolate Milkshakes in western Pennsylvania. Service is always fast and efficient.

This is now my second review for the Milkshake Factory franchise, and HEAR ME OUT!!! I love love loveee this franchise! They are 2 for 2 on 5-stars. My boyfriend and I were driving away from this city to LEAVE PA, drove past here and almost turned the car on 2-wheels to get a milkshake from here! I said it once and I'll say it again; I'll continue to support The Milkshake Factory. read more

Very clean establishment. Prompt service. Offers dairy shakes. I got the cookie jar dairy free and it's delish. The Banana foster is fair. Many options to choose from. Will be back to try something new. read more

Generally speaking, I know this chain can be considered a little bit bougie, but I think they are consistently good and the stores are immaculately maintained. I appreciate that they adjusted their menu and put whipped cream on their classic shakes now (they didn't for the longest time). I appreciate how good their dairy-free shakes are. And I also appreciate how friendly their staff is. read more

I love the limited edition Steelers milkshake it was very good and I love the service they are very quick at making your milkshake and the flavor of the chocolate is delicious I love this place read more

MilkShake Factory Murrysville - Ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Murrysville, Pennsylvania

The absolute best milkshakes I ever tasted. The staff are very friendly and quick. The facility is clean as well. If you are looking for a dessert, this is the place to go! read more

This place is amazing! Rich and creamy shakes in a variety of flavors. Though I don't remember the exact name, I got the chocolate shake with cookies and crème, and I loved every sip. The chocolate bark was also delicious and the chocolate dipped pretzels looked to die for. I don't live in Pittsburgh, but I'll come to Milkshake Factory every time I'm back! read more

MilkShake Factory Murrysville - a hand holding a cup of milkshake - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Murrysville, Pennsylvania

Great place for a quick sweet treat! The service is pretty good and has a decent amount of options (shakes, sundaes, hot chocolate, chocolate, etc.). The shakes are pretty consistent every time I go. I would mention to get a more specialized flavor, since the chocolate one tastes similar to other less expensive places. Also, sometimes the chocolate chips get stuck in the straw for the mint chocolate chip shake. The place is well kept and brightly lit. Unfortunately, it can get cramped and not a lot of seating. read more

Good stuff! Came here with my son as his new school was having a fundraiser...never been before. Yeah, I think we'll be back! The strawberry banana shake I had was delicious, thick and fruit loaded! His deluxe cookies and cream caused him to make unusual happy noises and elicited a "best thing I've ever had" comment...something I thought impossible to come from a teenager. So...good stuff, friendly service (good covid precautions) and easy on the wallet. Well done! read more

It's a factory for making milkshakes! Not really, but it sure sounds like a factory from all of the blenders and mixers going. Decisions decisions. Ordering process is quick and fairly fast-moving as there seems to be a steady flow of customers. Depending on your cravings you will spend either 5 dollars for classic flavors, 6 for the signature flavors, or 7 dollars on a sundae, gourmet or dairy free milkshakes. Steep compared to an average shake elsewhere, and if one is treating their family. I will add that the shakes are more like creations, and are made with quality ingredients. Convenient hours all week long for ice cream and candy seekers. This is their 8th location in the Pittsburgh area. read more

I have been to several Milkshake Factory locations so at this point I know what to expect. The plaza has plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out. The store was very clean and not too busy. Service was quick and friendly. The shake was delicious. I will return if I happen to be in that area. read more

Yes yes yes If you're contemplating on giving this place a try! This was my saving grace while I was pregnant but I can honestly say I still love it just as much now that I am not. I can only speak for the chocolate dipped strawberry milkshake and the fried ice cream milkshake - both TO DIE FOR ! Staff has always been pleasant at the Murrysville location, no complaints on my end ! read more

If you want a milkshake then this is the place to get it. They have a limited menu and one size but the milkshakes use local products and they are just so good. I got the jake shake and that was gone within a short time. The cookies and cream chocolate bark was not that bad either. Definitely a place worth checking out. read more

I decided to take my toddler here one evening to kill some time between dinner and bed. I've driven past it 1000+ times but have never stopped to indulge. I'm so happy that we went. When we arrived, their computer system was down and they were unable to process payment. The quick-thinking manager decided to go ahead and process orders saying he'd take payment once it was corrected so that he wouldn't have to turn patrons away. I very much appreciated this given that my son has zero patience at this age. I ordered a strawberry milkshake for us to share and it was wonderful. I love that the milkshakes are prepped behind glass so that you can watch action, which, again, my kid loved. I can't believe it took us so long to finally try the Milkshake Factory and now I'm very much looking forward to returning! read more

MilkShake Factory Murrysville - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Murrysville, Pennsylvania

Tried a root beer milk shake. Service is quick and ambiance is decent. Washrooms are clean.

A step into the past where service was important and sweet treats were an art. Worth the money to enjoy ice cold sweet perfection. The chocolates are exquisite and hand made goodness. Get both ice cream and a chocolate treat. You won't be sorry. My first visit and now a must stop in Pittsburgh read more

Yum! What a great addition to our area. First, I was impressed with their covid precautions. There is an employee outside monitoring the flow of guests so there are never too many people close together. They also have hand sanitizer when you walk in and barriers between the staff and guests. But now the important part. The deliciousness! There is a great selection of chocolate treats you can buy in addition to their milkshakes. We purchased a turtle and a peanut butter pretzel. And they were both heavenly. We got hockey pucks for the kids and there were solid chocolate. Usually that kind of treat is hollow. I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry milkshake and my husband the fried ice cream. Mine was the perfect combination of strawberry and chocolate and was not overly sweet. His had the classic flavor of a fried ice cream but sippable through a straw! Overall I was very impressed with our experience and the shakes. We'll definitely be back. read more

This place is a great place to get a good milkshake, however they are quite expensive! Staff are nice. They've got some different kinds of milkshakes to choose from, and they're always great. Also have some chocolate bark and bags of candy you can buy in there too. Pretty good place to go. read more

This was my first time at the Milkshake Factory in Murrysville. I had out of town guests and were looking for a dessert place. Upon walking in, we were promptly greeted by employees who were professional and polite. Once stating it was our first time, they helped us with understanding the shakes and trying to match us with what we liked. Each of the 4 in my party were impressed and stated that the shakes were delicious and it is a place we would come back to. Great service and shakes=return customer! read more

Finally decided to give this place a try on Saturday after work. Service was fairly quick, and shop was very clean. The milkshakes ARE NOT WORTH the severely inflated prices. $7.42 for Jake's Shake???? It was good, but not worth that price. I could've gone to Sheetz and had two shakes for that price. read more

This local chain makes great shakes. It's all real. It's all tasty. And worth the price.

First time I was ever in a milk shake factory and when I went in it was busy...but it was handled with such speed and ease that they made it an enjoyable experience. I got the Jake shake named after Jake Guentzel of the Pittsburgh penguins and it was good! The shake had chocolate sauce and Carmel sauce with Oreo cookies and chocolate brownies with of course the creamiest milk and whip cream around it was topped with a chocolate 59 on top....it was good but I am not a huge chocolate lover so it was a little too much for me but it was good...I am looking forward to trying more shakes here and love that they put a shop in on my way back from penguins games.... read more

First time at a Milkshake Factory and I was definitely not disappointed. Four of us went and we all had an amazing treat. I enjoyed the bananas foster milk shake. It was so creamy and garnishes with an amazing truffle. My family got the cookies and cream milkshake, the s'mores sundae and Jake's Shake. I can't wait to enjoy one again next time we are in Pennsylvania. read more

It was AMAZING!! I thought it was so tasty and my family also loved their milkshakes! I got the Banana's Foster Milkshake and it was INCREDIBLE!! If I lived closer, I would come here at least once a week. They also keep cold for a very long time. By the time we got home and ate dinner, they were still very cold. I recommend coming here! This beats McDonalds Milkshakes 100%! Also, Milkshakes really bother my stomach, this didn't bother my stomach at all! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! read more

Omg this place is so good!! My friend and I showed up there 9 minutes before closing (yeah we were those people lol) and they graciously took our orders. Very friendly! Store was super clean and the milk shakes choices make you want to go back everyday to try a new one! I can't wait to return! read more

Honor can get a much better Milkshake at McDonalds. I don't mind spending more for a quality product, but this is not quality.

The Milkshake Factory is just like the rest of them! Friendly staff, quick service and out of this world milkshakes! I highly recommend this store and all other locations, they are simply top notch! read more

Shakes are delicious... traditional thick milkshakes with traditional ingredients. That said...I usually opt for the dairy free strawberry... it's a little lighter. It's my favorite milkshake anywhere in the area. Service is super friendly and efficient. Chocolates are also super good. read more

very rude,my wifes mask slipped off her nose as she was talking. The employee immediately snapped at my wife telling her that if she didnt put the mask fully over her nose we would have to leave. This was our first time ( and last time ) there. I also thought the selection was poor and slightly over priced. BASKIN ROBBINS was the best place to get a milkshake....I miss them read more

Amazing business with delicious milkshakes and sundaes. They tend to be slightly more expensive because they're made with fresh ingredients and quality dairy. As for COVID-19 precautions, they have a person monitoring people in and out of the store, social distancing markers, a strict enforcement of the mask order, hand sanitizer for employee and customer use, and shields to protect customers and employees alike! read more
