It was a reasonable price. It was the perfect size for her to get through in two hours. She had a blast going from room to room playing in all the different themes. She loved the playground area for climbing and slides. She also loved the little camping area. The Kroger exhibit was quite a hit as well. I loved that she was learning about all the different trades and burning energy at the same time. I also loved the details they put into each station. The news reporting with the live broadcast and microphones were really fun. The working cash register experience at the Kroger experience was awesome. The black light area was a lot of fun too. I think I had as much fun as she did! Definitely recommend for anyone with a toddler and at least two hours to get through it.

There isn't time did mission and you can stay as long as you want. There's activities for just about every interest your child can possibly have, a market place, a salon, trains, jungle gyms, digging, construction, sensory play, a black room, literally everything. The staff keeps it nice and clean, but your expected to clean up after your child as well, of course. There's even a section for kids two and below. The only thing I wasn't really fond of was when we first walked in, the employee was talking to my three year old autistic child, and telling him the rules, which he really doesn't understand, and she was expecting a response back from him. Just because you don't know the nature of younger children, I think it's better to direct rules and everything to parents, so they can direct it to the child.

Booked this for my daughters 5th birthday party. I hadn't been skating here in 20 years. Honestly…read morein 20 years not much has changed. The skates looked like the original skates I wore in the 90s but they still function. I guess things were made better back then. The music was loud, too loud really, and it was crowded. But Santa was there. And the kids enjoyed the play area and it was pretty clean. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The staff was helpful and attentive. The prices weren't terrible. Brought back memories. If the music hasn't been so loud I couldn't speak over it I would have given 5 stars.

Cons: We went just for Laser Tag, and I've never seen such a poorly run operation. We were told to go to the arcade area (very small) and ask for it there. The guy signed us up, then didn't utter a word and skated off to the rink to have fun. We waited for almost 2 hours before they called the laser tag groups. Session lasted for a few minutes, and half of that was spent changing broken equipment. We tried doing another session, but were told it would be a while, and the guy skated off again. My son left in tears after that, and we'll never be back. Not that it's really the fault of the business, but there were kids throwing bouncy balls on the skating rink and chasing after them without skates on, and they were allowed to continue. Very dangerous, I wouldn't want to skate there.

Okay, so let me say when I first started wedding planning I thought The Trivium was "not for me"…read morebut I went on a tour anyway and fell in love. Like, 100% changed my mind and needed to have the wedding there. From day one Victoria was AMAZING in helping us budget, plan, and coordinate the wedding. Their list of recommended vendors was a literal lifesaver in picking out the key people in the wedding. Victoria was checking in and keeping me on track throughout the whole planning process. The space is gorgeous. The house has a bridal, groom, and family suites upstairs to get ready in. Downstairs is a nice area for cocktail hour. The ballroom was large and beautiful for our reception. There are also many places outside to have a ceremony! They were so flexible in allowing me to use the space in a way that made sense for us. Everything is so personalized and unique to your wedding. Now, if that wasn't a 5 star review in itself the day of coordination might as well bump it up to a 10 star. On the wedding day Victoria made sure I was 100% stress free by organizing my vendors, keeping the bridal room calm, and doing every behind the scene thing you can imagine. The wedding was outdoors overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains and it was a cold November day, so Victoria set up a hot chocolate station with blankets to keep our guests comfortable. During the reception she made sure my husband and I were eating, drinking, and having a great time. They were even flexible enough to extend the reception for an hour because everyone was having so much fun! I couldn't ask for a better wedding. Thank you to The Trivium and Victoria for a day I will never forget!

Biggest Mistake of My Life…read more My fiancé and I were scheduled to be married November 7, 2020 at the venue. However, due to the global pandemic and steady rise of cases across the nation, we would like to postpone our event to the fall of 2021. We both are honest, hard-working individuals (healthcare professionals in fact). We do not want to (and will not) put the safety of our friends and family in jeopardy to host our special day (both of us are blessed to have all grandparents still living). We certainly could not live with ourselves if our wedding was the cause of an isolated outbreak of COVID-19, causing significant morbidity and mortality to our guests. Therefore, we contacted the trivium last week to explore our alternatives. However, we shortly discovered the venue is scheduled to be sold in 2021 and not booking future weddings. It is undetermined at this time as to whether the estate will reopen as a wedding venue. After admitting the venue could not accommodate our needs, the owner (Heidi Baker) refused to return our initial deposit. The owner proposed she could reschedule our wedding to January of 2021 and delay the closing of the venue. However, this did not accommodate our needs. In my professional opinion, postponing a wedding scheduled outdoors to January is nonsensical. On a further note, annual influenza season peaks between December and February which would increase the risk of severe health complications among our guests. We are simply seeking the refund of our initial deposit so we may secure future wedding arrangements. The initial deposit would certainly go a LONG way on future preparations! If you are looking to book a venue for your wedding this year DO NOT consider this venue.
