I called my insurance company for roadside assistance. They sent this company. They were a blessing from the moment I spoke to the lady in the office.. She was so reassuring and kind and helpful. Then they sent "Larry" who got here in record time. He was wonderful and treated me with such kindness and helpfulness. He jumped my car off immediately and told me the battery was just down to let it run and everything to do.! I have never met a more helpful automobile service company. Josh then texted later that night and told me he forgot it was his anniversary the next day and had promised his wife he would take the day off, but promised he would come back to finish working on my vehicle that he had already started dismantling to repair. Swore he had nothing else on the schedule and would devote now the second day to me 100% and be there at 8 AM. I was understanding and supportive. Now, on the second morning that he was supposed to return, I got up early, even set up a shade tent again for him, and got all of these parts/materials out ready for him to be there at 8 o'clock. When I texted him to confirm he was going to be there. He then tells me he chose to take an "emergency" call over returning and would now come before noon. Then I get a text that it will be later then initially expected, which is when I explained that was a very poor business model to not keep your word or value a current customers time and go chase new work or clients thinking that I was just just helpless and going to sit and waste a third, fourth or fifth day waiting for him to finish what he had already started on my truck so he could maximize his profits by over committing to everybody and be at his mercy. Bad call, Josh. Bad small business model. Your word and your integrity should mean something when trying to run a business, and it's important to respect other people's time and commitments equally with yours and others. I wouldn't recommend anybody to get put in the situation and have to figure out how to remedy Josh's poor business decision or business model. It's so hard to find an honest mechanic these days, isn't it? Why are all of your other reviews from fake profiles, and every single one posted on the exact same day? FAKE. SMH

My 86 year old grandmother, aunt and 2 young boys were left stranded at a mcdonalds after their enterprise rental broke down in the morning. There were stranded for 12 hours and enterprise did nothing except send a tow truck later in the evening. The lady with the tow company even offered the enterprise agent to go get the rental exchange and bring it back to my grandma and enterprise wouldn't allow it. So finally I drove 2 hours after they realized they weren't getting a new car and agents were giving them the run around. Then the next morning at a local enterprise counter where we were directed, the lady at the counter was being rude, unhelpful and impatient. When we got the woman from the tow company on the phone to speak with enterprise she laid into them on my grandmas behalf and all the sudden the woman at the desk was apologetic and helpful. She told the lady how terrible their customer service was and how my grandma was severely mistreated. We stood there for 45 minutes of them saying they had no record of the car being picked up etc etc and they couldn't help us and would have gotten nothing helped until the company got involved on our behalf which isnt their job.
